Just returned from a 4 night stay with another family, in total we were 4 adults and 7 kids ages 6-14. Last year we all went to the Majestic Costa Mujeres and this place was better in single aspect( except room size). There were so many things for the kids to do, the water slides. soccer games, volleyball and kids pools plus the amazing service! We sat on the family side beach and had the most wonderful service by EVER! He was amazing- never wanted for anything, drinks all day, food being brought to the beach, even when the restaurant closed- he went to Bungalow and brought us whatever we wanted. He was AMAZING and made our trip so easy. The beach was always empty tons of chairs, tons of towels, umbrellas and day beds towards the back for the Elite members( we never used them). We got three elite rooms and while the rooms were not very big, they were very nice but such a strange set up being glass, but it was fine as you could pull down a shade. We did have a butler that would contact us each day from WhatsApp- he arranged to modify all our reservations that we made prior as they were at 6 but wanted 8pm, and we were a table of 11, he made sure we got everything we needed from extra blankets, to bell hop service. We ate at Lotus, Union, and Filia and the breakfast buffet every day. They were all good for all inclusive food, especially Lotus. The breakfast buffet was good, sometimes they didn't have enough servers to get you water or coffee right away, but honestly it wasn't that big a deal. One day we went over to the adults side and ate lunch at Twiggy- that was really good and a fun experience. That side is like a whole different experience- really pretty and more like a Miami vibe- i could see service being slower since the pool is so big and crowded, but it was fun to visit for a few hours. The drinks were also really good at the Monkey Bar and the lobby bar- the drinks on the beach weren't as good- but still good. We have been to Dreams, Majestic, Garza Blanca and Excellence and I would rate this as similar to Garza Blanca with them getting the slight edge in food and drinks and rooms- but the layout, kids amenities, pools, service and beach were better at SLS. We would definitely all return.

The gaming room was great at the SLS. It gave the kids something to do when it rained or when they were just trying to stay out of the sun! The staff there made the experience worthwhile! Olga was very friendly and kept the kids entertained the whole time! Hands down ten out of ten!

I just wanted to leave my review for a 7 night stay as an adult couple from Feb 4-11. We were an elite member for this stay. Check In was seamless- we were greeted right away and brought over to a private check in counter. We were asked what our favourite drink was and were brought two margaritas. We were then given a map and a small tour. I would say the staff at the resort are absolutely wonderful. They were all so friendly, attentive and welcoming. They work so hard, they are constantly cleaning and maintaining the space. We received lovely service from the coffee shop, smoothie bar, bartenders and waiters. 10/10 service all around. Jazmin, our concierge was very accommodating. I will make a small note that while hard working and friendly, the servers at the adults only pool are stretched thin. Definitely under staffed in that area. They work very hard but definitely could use a few more hands in that area. There were days where it was impossible to receive service. Rooms were Clean and lovely, on the smaller side. Our room was cleaned twice daily (once in afternoon and we had turn down service everyday as well) I was impressed with the mini fridge drink selection and the snacks in the room. My partner and I are from the food industry so we understand how difficult it is to maintain quality and consistency in such a large operation. We found the food to be great and above average for an AI. We loved twiggy, lotus and Hudson tavern. I would make reservations before you arrive to avoid disappointment. The Coffee shop such friendly service! I will note that they are understaffed here and could use one more worker during the morning hours. The barista however works fast to get through the line. The iced coffee and espressos were high quality. All of the desserts and pastries were delicious. We brought our own paper bags from home to take some with us daily. They have take out boxes too if you ask. Ice cream is great for kids and they have toppings you can add on. They also have little popsicles The Adults only pool was lovely. I liked all the different levels and seating areas in the pool directly. They have a DJ from Thursday- Sunday. We were always there by 9am to get chairs. We never had an issue finding a seat. They definitely need more umbrellas though. On our last day, they were adding more umbrellas and chairs to the area. Chairs aren’t cushioned. If you are elite, it is difficult to find a cabana in the elite area. People would put their items on the cabanas and disappear for hours. We got one on our last day. You can order food to your seat. As mentioned this area is understaffed. They also have 8 or so paid for cabanas that were rarely used and take up a ton of space. Maybe they could consider opening up 4 of them to elite members. —— Drinks- I am not a big drinker but they use Top shelf alcohol. Monkey bar is lovely for crafted cocktails. Gracias a Omar y Borja por su calida recepción. Desde la llegada tuvimos una excelente bienvenida por parte de se?orita Fernanda (recepcionista) y la se?orita Andrea Velázquez quien nos asistió atentamente durante nuestra estancia. El mesero Berny muy atento. De igual manera, el concierge Axel fue muy amable y servicial. En la alberca Jhovani, Roberto y Luis muy amables y atentos. Excelente servicio por parte de Filia, Brenda y Daniel del restaurante Filia?? .

Ein tolles Resort in sch?ner Lage und mit sehr bemühten Mitarbeitern. Besonders positiv ist der Fitness/Health Bereich zu erw?hnen. Hier ist für jeden etwas Typ etwas geboten um aktiv zu sein und sich gut zu fühlen. Die Trainer sind ?u?erst kompetent und bemüht auf jeden Gast individuell einzugehen. Abgerundet mit frisch gemixten Smoothies, ein tolles Erlebnis.

Moderno y nuevo, con buena calidad en alimentos tanto en el unión como el Cleo si piden por el Sommelier Allan es toda una enciclopedia y el cheff Moises alejo se distingue por su langosta, los snack son un poco pobres y la asistencia en la alberca les faltaba personal

Tenho uma agência de viagens @tripturla e minha inten??o foi conhecer o hotel, para futuras indica??es.Expetacular o atendimento e aten??o com os hospedes. A estrutura do hotel é bélissima, a alimenta??o é perfeita, desde o café da manh? até os restaurantes temáticos. Quero agradecer em especial o atendimento do Zuriel, que sempre nos atendeu da melhor forma. Os quartos s?o maravilhos. Sobre a praia privativa, a agua é turva e possui muito sarga?o, n?o impede o banho, mais n?o é confortavel. Em contrapartida, o hotel possui 03 areas de piscina, sendo um infantil, uma para familia com crian?as e outra apenaa para adulto. Piscina e praia, com salva vidas sempre atentos.

Estuvo increíble! fue para celebrar el cumplea?os de mi mamá y elegimos SLS por recomendaciones de otros familiares y todo lo lujoso que está el hotel, desde la comida, el servicio, las amenidades de la habitaciones. El restaurante que fuimos en la noche de carnes, el New York estuvo tan suave y el vino que nos recomendaron, hizo que fuera una velada especial y nos dieron un pastelito para celebrar, la verdad está increíble

Overall, je donnerais un 8.4/10 à ce resort. Tout est très beau et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont belles (quoique petites pour une famille) et la plage/la piscine est magnifique. La nourriture est très bien (Le Twiggy, wow!). Au niveau du service, nous avons été charmés par Roberto à la plage et Zuriel au restaurant Caracol. Leur service se démarquait et était honnête, impeccable. Enfin, les spectacles étaient super cutes, c’est dommage qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de spectateurs (ils devraient mieux les annoncer). Enfin, nous avons adoré les drinks au Monkey Bar! :) Les moins: - les chambres sont petites - pas de buffet le soir (idéal pour les enfants) - système de réservation de restaurants aléatoire. On se faisait dire qu’il n’y avait plus de place sur le système, mais on arrivait toujours à se trouver une place en allant au resto - liste des vins: hors de prix (ridicule!) et peu de choix. - la plaque Habachi au restaurant asiatique Lotus : le steak pas mangeable et encore une fois il fallait payer un prix ridiculement haut (notre serveur n’était vraiment pas super honnête, le chef super gentil!) - le prix des massages : 350$ usd pour 1 heure (allez vous faire masser par ceux sur la plage habillés en bleu!)
