Excelente hotel con arquitectura moderna y estilosa, amplio, muy limpio, la habitación muy confortable y muy limpia también, los consierges muy competentes, el bufet del desayuno es muy completo, los restaurantes Twiggy, Cloe, Lidia muy agradables y muy bien atendidos asícomo el bar Monkey con buenos cocteleros, la playa estupenda. Todo estupendo y recomendable. Sí es verdad que hay un exceso de música en la piscina de adultos y que se escucha por todo el hotel y también en la playa, eso resulta algo molesto. La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Gracias a todo el equipo.

Excelente comida, atención espectacular en los Restaurantes Filia y Caracol atendidos por César Salinas y Elin Lo mejor, muy personalizado y explicando todos los platillos!!!

Fuimos 17 primos para una reunión familiar y nos la pasamos genial. Gracias al equipo de Tennis Bar, Ciro, Fernando, Giovanni y Elena, (y los que no me acuerdo de sus nombres) tuvimos los mejores días de playa y diversión bajo el sol. Muchas gracias por su gran atención y detalle. ????

Gotta shout out the gym and fitness team and facilities. Top notch. Herman and Alex and everyone are superb. Makes working out on vacation a pleasure. Make sure to book in the HIIT and Ice Bath combo. I would recommend booking in any/all the classes in advance as they fill up quick. Vamos! Vamos!

It was great for a new hotel. I believe that the elite part should be adult only. There were a lot of kids crying and screaming on this floor. However the staff was really good. Special shout out to the whole gym team as well as jose at the pool concierge for making this vacation lovely. The food was delicious but i would say the wait for the food at bot the mexican and steak house was a bit lengthy. Took over 2 hours..

We had a good week at SLS Playa Mujeres. Even though it’s still new we found the stay to be comfortable and the service was good. Room was comfortable and very well maintained by housekeeping. We enjoyed the food at each restaurant but Caracol stood out the most. What makes this place special is the people who work there. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and helpful, this was true everywhere at this property. Special thanks to Maria at restaurant Caracol who made the dinners memorable, her attention to details and friendliness made us feel very welcome.

SLS Playa Mujeres is a beautiful, private, relaxing hotel with amazing amenities. From the Spa and Pools to the different restaurants and bars, the hotel has something for everyone. The service staff was incredible at every restaurant that we went to. The staff was super-friendly and gave us amazing service; the hosts would remember us and greet us with a big smile and the servers were always extremely attentive. Special Shout-Outs 1) Francisco and Selena - Fi’lia Our first night we went to Fi’lia to have dinner and Francisco and Selena were incredible. Their recommendations were great and always made sure our glasses were full or we were not missing anything. We also got the chance to chat with them and they were the kindest people. 2) Lucio & Heidi -The Press From Tuesday to Saturday morning during our stay we went to The Press to get a coffee and pastries in the morning. Lucio and Heidi worked most of the days and made our mornings so special, always with a big smile and a nice conversation. Also, their skills making coffee... top-notch. 3) Alberto - Bungalow For lunch most days we went to Bungalow. We got hooked on their "Mosquito" drink made with Mezcal and Tamarindo; it is delicious. The last two days Alberto served us and he was amazing. He knew that we loved the drink and as soon as we were about to finish it, he already had the next one ready; talk about amazing service! ___ Suggestions: 1) If you [Reception/ Concierge] promise something, pull-through and be on top of it. -Our main suggestion is to help the reception to get better. They were attentive but aloof and dismissive at the same time. Many times it felt like they were not paying attention. -They were overall very nice and never rude to us, however, on a few occasions they promised us something and didn't pull through. For example: a. We extended our stay, and booked a better room. They promised that the following day we would be able to get the room in the morning. However, when we got to reception to make the change, they said they were not ready and were in "priority," only to find out that we would not be able to check in until 3:00 PM. We would have been okay if they had just told us that from the beginning. We wasted most of our morning dealing with this situation and it wasn't until they saw my wife upset that someone came to help us. They also lost my shoes for a whole day. b. Once they let us know that we were not able to Check-In until 3pm they told us they would get our luggage from our previous room and take it to the new room and have it ready by 3 PM. However, that didn't happen and we had to remind them again. The issue was that the reception would promise something, not do it, and then we had to remind them to do it, making us waste valuable time that we could have been using to enjoy our stay. c. Make sure to make guests feel special if the are celebrating a special occasion. Concierge promised to do something special for us for our Honeym

SLS Playa Mujeres is a beautiful resort for family and friends. Beautiful weather. Amazing views. Amazing service. Great time with family and friends. Not too hot and not too cold for February. Great drinks from the bartender. Amazing coffee and pastries from Press Bar and their team.
