We chose this resort for the beach and the food, and it delivered. Family of 4 - kids are 8 and 10. Playa Mujeres is a great location for feeling like you’re secluded while not being too far from the airport. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of seating and great food available from Twiggy’s. Censo gave us great service and was so helpful. The pool could be warmer but the kids didn’t mind. Standout meals were Cleo for lunch, Caracol and Filia for dinner. Jonas was our waiter at Filia and the service was above and beyond. Moses made great drinks at Monkey Bar and we loved sitting out on the patio there in the evening. Bungalow was great for afternoon snacks by the pool and lunch before leaving. Don’t miss Golden Hour at sunset, definitely upgrade to an ocean view room, and take advantage of the catamaran and kayaks! All around with the exception of one meal where it seemed no one knew who was attending to our table, the staff and service were wonderful everywhere, the resort is beautiful and clean, and we loved the small boutique feel. We will definitely come back. We booked through Costco and would do that again as well.

The place was very pleasant and peaceful. The staff was excellent. The food was delicious. There is so much to do and the night life is was beautiful. Can't wait to go back.

4.5/5 We visited as a couple for the second time this January. I am pleased to report that our visit was even better this time around. The food quality was excellent and we really enjoyed every meal. The service is fantastic. Twiggy was amazing as always. Special shout out to Caspar, Ricardo, Gilberto & Antonio. Absolutely fantastic service from them all week. Thank you to Axel (for assistance before we arrived) and Issac our concierge on site. Things that improved on since our first visit: More servers were added to the adults only pool which improved our experience greatly. We received excellent service all week. The resort is kept spotless and we appreciate the detail to cleanliness. A couple notes/ areas of improvement: We came during a cold front. The pools were unusable. It would be nice if the pools were heated. We barely used them all week. Wifi was spotty especially in our room. We were in an elite ocean rooftop room- it was not a cheap room. We didn’t receive turn down service which I think should be mandatory for elite guests. A large group that came thankfully during our last day or so really disturbed our experience. They completely changed the dynamic of the resort. Overall we had an amazing time & would return! Thank you SLS

Restaurante el caracol nos ofreció cuanto al servicio el personal fue exelente muy atentos, amables y en disposición el mesero Juan Carlos fue una maravillosa persona al atendernos, la experiencia en cuanto la comida fue un experiencia culinaria exelente cada detalle al sabor y presentación fue excepcional los postres deliciosos. Recomendado al 100 por ciento.

La playa es muy bonita, igual que las instalaciones del hotel. Los restaurantes tienen comida de calidad, muy rica y físicamente muy padres. El servicio es muy bueno también. En el restaurante twiggy nos atendieron muy bien Gilberto y Antonio, súper amables y serviciales. En la playa, Rubensi siempre fue muy atento con nosotros también. La única área de mejora es que en la alberca de adultos, varios días estaba muy fuerte la música, tanto que era complicado platicar.

Toda la estadía en este Hotel fue increíble, desde los empleados de recepción, los Bel Boys, las se?oritas de limpieza y de los meseros. Todo estaba impecable la comida deliciosa y la playa limpia los cuartos muy cómodos y en general. Una muy linda experiencia. Lo recomiendo completamente. Hubo tres meseros que nos atendieron de maravilla, Ricardo, del restaurante Clio, Bernie del Lotus y Miguel el mesero que nos atendió en los desayunos.

Las habitaciones muy bonitas, el servicio a cuartos bueno, la playa muy tranquila ideal para familias con peques, las actividades en el mar súper buenas, la comida bien, el que me pareció mejor de los de especialidades fue el Mexicano. Felicidades al Chef, la atención de Daricson De twiiggi fue notable una sonrisa todo el tiempo. Muchas gracias por eso. Marcaste la diferencia , Daniela de lotus súper linda y Daniel mesero genial y atento, En el caracol Nuestro mesero Romeo, Giovanni de twiggi. Gracias Quiero agradecer las atenciones de Andréa Jiménez que en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estancia y me apoyó para hacer especial el cumplea?os de mi esposo. Donde creo que hay área de oportunidad es con la atención del Spa Ciel, la atención de una de las chicas no fue la ideal, se que no forma parte del hotel pero a mi llegada el hotel nos ofreció un paquete que SI compramos y eso de alguna manera es una extensión que ellos deben cuidar ya que sin la recomendación del hotel no nos hubiéramos quizás interesado en el Spa.
