Ottimo hotel con ristoranti di alto livello (uno stellato Michelin). Personale molto attento e cortese. Piscina sia coperta che scoperta (con vista sulle montagne). Zona fitness con tutti gli attrezzi necessari. Ottima anche la zona sauna. Bar che offre spettacolari cocktail e aperitivi. Un elogio particolare al barman a Raffaelee al suo responsabile Davide.

Trascorro la settimana bianca in questo hotel da anni. Eccellente SPA, che è stata ampliata nel tempo: sale relax; sale lettura; piscine interne ed esterne con idromassaggi, interni alla piscina o esterni, in mezzo alla neve; numerose saune e bagni turchi, palestra. Eccellente colazione (diminuita negli anni), ottima cena gourmet, oltre ad una zona formaggi (diminuiti negli anni) e contorni (diminuiti negli anni). Carta dei vini eccellente. Camere molto confortevoli (da qualche anno, però, non trovate più in tutte le camere i prodotti da bagno Etro, che c'erano un tempo). Navetta per Selva e per le piste da sci di Selva compresa, garage gratuito. Personale gentile, efficiente, sempre disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Sempre tutto al top.. come ogni anno personale gentilissimo (con particolare menzione per Cristina, Domenico ed il signore di turno di notte che questa mattina prestissimo ci ha preparato un buon caffè per partire) .. piscina, area welness, colazione, cena sempre ottimi.. Vacanza Sorprendente! Ho alloggiato con le mie due figlie per una settimana scarsa e siamo stati benissimo. Il resort è alle porte di Selva (5 min a piedi) in posizione riservata e con vista sulle principali cime dei dintorni. Gli ampi spazi a disposizione all'aperto permettono di godere appieno dell'atmosfera delle Dolomiti. Tutto e soprattutto tutti, dallo staff della reception, alle camere, alle piscine, alla palestra e spa, al personale di sala permette di sentirsi sempre coccolati e assistiti con discrezione e riservatezza. I ristoranti sono due, uno con una stella Michelin (ahimé non provato) e Le Stuben dove abbiamo regolarmente cenato. Come ho avuto modo di dire anche ad alcuni miei amici, era da molto tempo che non avevo una esperienza culinaria così soddisfacente e di livello dall'antipasto al dolce. Complimenti! Ringrazio in particolar modo Hannes Prinoth, il cordialissimo staff della reception, il ma?tre e il caposala Ivan sempre professionale e caloroso sia con me sia con le mie ragazze. Grazie!

We LOVED everything at Alpenroyal! Wonderful staff - friendly, professional and accommodating, very responsive to questions, pre-arrangement requests and anything we needed. Perfect location - Selva and nearby Ortisei are lovely towns, can walk to Col Raiser cable car for gorgeous hikes to Seceda and many beautiful rifugios, as well as other nearby cable cars and hikes that we didn’t have time to do. Spectacular property & spa - mountain views, luxurious but also authentic feeling, perfect place to be pampered and relax after hard hikes, great massages and sauna world is beyond! Dreamy rooms - our family of 8 was put in 4 junior deluxe suites right next to each other that all opened to the pool - amazing and so worth the price. Fabulous food - we got breakfast only which was plentiful and delicious with great variety, also had a yummy lunch our arrival day at the bistro and a great dinner at Le Steuben. We did not try the gourmet restaurant. We’ll definitely return to Alpenroyal!!

Superb quality and facilities, excellent modern spa, exquisite food and friendly atmosphere. Big attention to all detail. Although it’s not a ski in ski out, by combination of location and own shuttle it allows to get very quickly in different skiing directions. Have been here several times, really love this place.

The service is outstanding, the food is the most delicious and the SPA is amazing - just what you need after a day of skiing. The slopes were great, too, and the snow was better than what we expected in March. I definitely recommend the hotel and the location. We plan to come back next year!

We were staying in Alpenroyal in the 2nd part of December, including for Christmas and after. We are booking this hotel the 3d time in a row and would like to book it again for the next season. For us it is a perfect place to spend family ski vacations - as soon as you arrive, you feel like you are at home, as you are being awaited and you are being taken a very special care of. The people at the hotel are very warm hearted and they all try their best to make your stay truly unforgettable. The hotel has a perfect location - just at the entrance to Sella Ronda. You can do Sella Ronda in each direction easily from the hotel (with a 3-4 min shuttle bus service the morning and getting back to the hotel with your skis on). You can also ski in different adjusting to Sella Ronda ski areas like Alta Badia or Monte Pana. In case you would like to try smith different from Sella Ronda for the change, there are skiing areas Seiser Alm and St Christina just 5-10 min drive from the hotel. All the facilities of the hotel are super - wellness/SPA/fitness, shuttle services, people at the reception can help you to organise the experience you need. Food is absolutely amazing - the only difficulty there is to stop eating, as everything is super delicious. ;-) We like the hotel and the people there a lot and we love our feeling, when we are there. We will definitely come back again :-))).

No doubt the general ambiance of this hotel is lovely and the staff make their best efforts to provide top notch service. Unfortunately, we visited after getting spoiled to the core by another 5 star property in Fiss, Austria that had better facilities, better room service, and was truly ski in and ski out. The Alpenroyal was a nice hotel. Having to take a shuttle (provided on demand and expeditiously) was not ideal, but the hotel made the most out if it's location. The outdoor pool was nice, but you couldn't swim per se to the indoor pool without having to get out of one and into the other. The indoor pool wasn't particularly appealing in its size or ambiance. Turn down service: We were a little surprised there was no chocolate, treat, or anything particulary special every night when the curtains were drawn and bed opened up for a good night's sleep. The food at the hotel was good. I don't think we will return though.
