This is my fourth Trip and the quality of every aspect of this hotel is world class. The staff are amazing; Luca in the ski shop helps us get on the slopes every morning with a minimum of fuss. The food is delicious and healthy; the variety and the quality is superb. The pools and Spas are the best I have used anywhere in the world. We will be back again next winter but may try and get here in Summer for a different experience.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida settimana all’Alpenroyal e l’esperienza è stata eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Siamo stati seguiti con attenzione, discrezione e grande calore umano. Un grazie particolare al ma?tre Momo, sempre presente e professionale, al cameriere Antonio, impeccabile ogni sera, a Davide al bar per la qualità del servizio e a Greta, che con la sua dolcezza ha reso felice anche il nostro nipotino Gennaro. Struttura di alto livello, ma soprattutto persone straordinarie. Consigliatissimo.

Good day! This is probably the best ski hotel in the world! We've been coming back here for several years. Excellent spa, outdoor pool, service, and food in the restaurant. We had a problem with a broken door, but the staff helped us solve the problem. In short, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Per noi è stata una straordinaria e piacevolissima vacanza per noi tutti! Tutta la nostra famiglia (14 persone) ha apprezzato moltissimo di riunirci propio al Alpenroyal come abbiamo fatto molte volte negli ultimi 10 anni.

Soggiorno ottimo sia per la professionalità e la cortesia di tutto il personale, sia per i diversi servizi offerti e tutti di notevole livello e sia per il cibo di costante e grande qualità. Il prezzo assolutamente coerente con il trattamento ricevuto

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico; la camera era molto spaziosa confortevole pulita e il servizio in camera eccellente: la spa è magnifica e la piscina esterna è un vero plus. Il servizio di noleggio sci è stato perfetto con attrezzatura al top. Colazione a buffet molto completa e soddisfacente; centro massaggi interno molto apprezzato. Unico piccolo appunto, forse dovuto al fatto che si era a inizio stagione, sono stati il servizio navetta che ha avuto tempi di attesa un po' troppo lunghi per essere in un hotel 5 stelle (suggerirei una terza navetta) e il servizio alla colazione dove ci sono stati alcuni ritardi e errori. Nel complesso ci ritornerei senza dubbio.

Ich m?chte mich bei allen Hotelangestellten für den uns gebotenen Service bedanken, vielen Dank. Aber eine Sache hat mich sehr traurig gemacht: dass wir Shukri dieses Mal nicht gefunden haben. Es tut mir wirklich sehr leid. Weil er wirklich ein sehr guter Junge war und ich nicht verstehe, warum sie ihn gehen lie?en, denn Menschen mit solchen F?higkeiten sind nicht leicht zu finden. Wir hoffen, dass wir Shukri bei unserem n?chsten Besuch wieder wie immer l?chelnd und freundlich vorfinden werden. Vielen Dank für alles und bis zum n?chsten Mal!??

NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL! It was one of my favorite hotels in the world 15 years ago. But it is now a two to three start hotel. Because: The mother and father who were original owners have retired, and they were fabulous. The staff is not that great in customer service, and service levels are very weak. They are not training well, or not hiring the top tier staff. Front desk, bartenders, restaurant food for 1/2 board not good. The breaksfast foods were stale, they leave some of items uncovered out, and I saw them in the morning and at night. Thus, the marshmellows, and toppings are stale. The rooms are hot, they were hot in June and they are hot in October, I don't care that they are int he mountains, they should have air conditioning in a 5 start place. The spa used to be great, now, "We have a new sauna, but it is ONLY OPEN FROM 4-8." Exactly during dinner time. So, there goes my day of hangin out in a fancy spa and pool all day. The hotel room i had was huge, with a great view. Just becasue they have a michellin star restaurnat and a light in the closet, the vanity is made out of plastic and small, the shower, doens't have a proper door, so floor gets wet. The place used tto have free snacks at happy hour. Not anymore, there is a cost. It is no inexpensive for what you get, Stay in Ortessi, or somewhere else. The place used to have activites and people to take you on hikes as a group. They called for a guide to take me out and the cost was close the 300 dollars for a couple of hours. This shouldn't be a leading hotel of the world anymore. It needs to be torn down, and re-done, and new trained staff brought in. So sad!!! I've stayed at other leading hotels of the world and the hotels and staff are ten times better! Go to Lake Garda or Bologna leading hotels and see 5 star service. Don't go stay here, for the price and what you get- NOT WORTH IT! For two hundred dollars a night, I'd go back, but not for what I paid.

Siamo tornati dopo diversi anni e abbiamo trovato una struttura ampliata e rinnovata, bellissima la nuova area wellness. Camera ampia e pulitissima, così come tutti gli ambienti della struttura. Nella SPA abbiamo trovato massaggiatrici molto professionali, brave e discrete; al ristorante personale di sala attento e gentile. I piatti serviti a cena erano buonissimi e presentati con eleganza e maestria…. per non parlare della colazione: perfetta e veramente deliziosa! Una vacanza da ricordare…

Visited this hotel as part of a Backroads hiking/biking trip. Alpenroyal is sprawling with nice public areas, and a gorgeous spa “world” including a large outdoor pool (heated to 33C), saunas, etc. The hotel is located near the town, and they provide a complementary shuttle to shops - a nice service. Because of the nature of the property, rooms can be quite far from the reception, involving going both up and down stairs, though there are elevators, of course. Gym is adequate, but could use a larger variety of hand weights. The breakfast buffet offers a generous variety of breads, fresh fruit, cereals, honeys and jams, meats, cheeses, salads, with additional menu items available. The food at its restaurants is very good. Rooms are very spacious with beautiful views but the shower is very small - a round, somewhat claustrophobic situation.
