Visited this hotel as part of a Backroads hiking/biking trip. Alpenroyal is sprawling with nice public areas, and a gorgeous spa “world” including a large outdoor pool (heated to 33C), saunas, etc. The hotel is located near the town, and they provide a complementary shuttle to shops - a nice service. Because of the nature of the property, rooms can be quite far from the reception, involving going both up and down stairs, though there are elevators, of course. Gym is adequate, but could use a larger variety of hand weights. The breakfast buffet offers a generous variety of breads, fresh fruit, cereals, honeys and jams, meats, cheeses, salads, with additional menu items available. The food at its restaurants is very good. Rooms are very spacious with beautiful views but the shower is very small - a round, somewhat claustrophobic situation.

A most wonderful hotel. Prime location in the Dolomites.Close to lifts which bring you to great hiking. Views from the hotel take your breath away. Food good. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. I could go on----------this is a great place

Struttura molto ampia che offre tutti i servizi che ci si aspetta da un hotel 5 stelle. La professionalità e la cortesia di tutto il personale e naturalmente la posizione stessa dell'Hotel rendono il soggiorno speciale. La cucina stessa, leggera e raffinata, rende l'esperienza all'Alpenroyal memorabile.

Siamo venuti come esterni all’Hotel Alpenroyal che dire!? Tutto meraviglioso! Bar stupendo e cocktail ottimi! I ragazzi del bar molto gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo accomodati all’ esterno ed è stato un momento intimo e di pieno relax grazie anche alle meravigliose montagne come sfondo.

Da un po'di tempo desideravo soggiornare in questo hotel, viste anche le recensioni positive. Sono riuscito a trovare posto nella seconda settimana di settembre e sono pienamente soddisfatto. Struttura adeguata al livello di un 5 stelle, con alloggi confortevoli e di lusso (mi riferisco alle suites). Due ristoranti che offrono un servizio di qualità, con possibilità, a scelta, di menu vegetariano ed anche vegano, senza sovrapprezzi. Ampia dotazione di servizi; io e mia moglie veniamo in montagna per stare all'aria aperta, ma nei pochi giorni in cui è piovuto non ci siamo annoiati, potendo usufruire della palestra ben equipaggiata e di ben quattro piscine, alcune con acqua riscaldata che consente di farsi una nuotata anche all'esterno, passando da quella interna. Per chi lo desidera c'è anche la SPA. Particolarmente apprezzato anche il servizio navetta, che consente di essere accompagnati in paese in caso di necessità (d'inverno con gli sci fino agli impianti di risalita). Consigliatissimo per chi se lo può permettere (i prezzi sono adeguati, ma la qualità e la dotazione di servizi sono eccellenti). Noi torneremo sicuramente anche d'inverno

I’ve been there for 8 nights with my family (3kids) - What an amazing hotel, everything is super clean, decorative of the room is so welcoming . The pool and Sauna area are just fantastic and always clean and full with everything you need like towels, fresh water, drinks near the pool and more. The service of the hotel is fenomenal - always the there is team member who help you and immediately , everything you ask they have solution for you - you never hear the word : No. The food at breakfast and specially at dinner is insane - every day different menu and every dish feels like a Michelin star dish - and the service of the people in the dinner is amazing - they bring you everything you want and in minutes . BTW - the hotel also have a 1 star Michelin restaurant- so it’s all come together to the best food an hotel can offer. And last - the amazing Spa treatments - me and my wife had 6 different treatments there over the week - and it’s was just out of this world - best treatment massage I’ve got. I highly recommend to everyone to book this amazing hotel - if you weren’t there - you didn’t seen how the best hotel in the Dolomites feels like.

Che dire Trascorsi 12 giorni in completo relax. Qui puoi trascorrere delle giornate indimenticabili Hai un parco per poterti rilassare due ampie piscine 5 saune....E sei sei patito del cibo è il posto giusto Tutto il personale è molto professionale e viene incontro alle tue esigenze. Lo abbiamo provato in estate ma lo vorremmo provare anche d'inverno Consigliatissimo

Charming hotel, exceptional spa, top-notch food. The Alpenroyal Hotel is a place designed to provide peace to the body and soul, and does so with great success. The fingerprints of the owners who closely monitor every detail are evident. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay in this magical place, in one of the most beautiful places in the Dolomites.

Once you book price seems to be high. Once you leave price seems to be low for what you get. Alpenroyal is one of the best hotels in the Alps and hotel with the best service in the Alps.

A perfect stay with our family while exploring the Dolomites. The spa/sauna/pool experience is unlike anything we've ever seen and unparalleled. The rooms are spacious, well cared for, comfortable and a welcome place to relax after an active day. The breakfast buffet was amazing--hard to choose what to eat each morning because there were so many fresh wonderful choices. I'd love to visit in the winter to ski!
