Nice, clean bedroom & bathroom. Shared entry was noisy when other guests arrived. You can hear Church bells ringing throughout the night as you are located in the square. Siena is a lovely town.

This is a guest house but it is in the best location. It is super clean. The host (Hafza) made us feel so welcome. He went beyond what is expected to make us feel comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone who is planning on visiting Siena. I wish we stayed one more day.

What an excellent stay! Great bed, pillows, AC and sparkling Clean. AC Building was unique and location was right by the square with everything is walking distance. Hemza, our just, was super accommodating, excellent restaurant recommendations and absolutely delightful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Hamza manages this lovely property in a perfect location. He was so helpful in helping us with reservations for dinner and the like. He was always available to answer any questions and very friendly. A wonderful host during our stay in Siena!

Struttura in ottima posizione, centralissima, praticamente su Piazza del Campo. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, il gestore, oltre ad essere estremamente simpatico e gentile, è stato anche molto pratico ed in un attimo abbiamo fatto il check in. La camera era molto accogliente e veramente pulitissima (e con asciugamani morbidissimi...) In generale è stata un'esperienza assolutamente positiva, struttura consigliatissima.

Buena opción céntrica
Es una guesthouse, no hotel 3 estrellas o B&B! Esta muy bien acondicionado y muuuy céntrico pero no tiene amenidades de ba?o ni una tv grande. Hay café y agua y detallitos que lo hacen acogedor y el host es muy atento y amable, recomienda lugares y ayuda con todo. No le doy 5 estrellas solo porque el ba?o es muy chico y se escucha lo del cuarto de al lado, aunque no fue para nada terrible, si esperábamos un hotel y no es, se asemeja más a un cuarto de renta (limpieza cada 2 días así que no nos tocó, que está bien porque nadie entra a tu cuarto y te dan llaves).
Si se recomienda pero a sabiendas de lo que es y no es. Más cerca de la plaza imposible y el espacio es agradable.

It’s just a few steps around the corner to the central Piazza de Campo and all the wonderful shops and restaurants in that area. Our host, Hamza, was fabulous! We had great recommendations for restaurants, area attractions, help with reservations, taxi rides and much more! Hamza went out of his way to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home in Siena. We definitely recommend a stay at the Palazzo del Papa, and plan to return on our next excursion to Italy.

La camera è stata curata nei particolari anche nell' illuminazione, era pulita e ordinata con il bagno perfetto. Un' ottima accoglienza all'arrivo e nel soggiorno. Sottolineo la professionalità del sig. Hamza che si è preoccupa sempre di far trovare ai suoi ospiti il meglio. Ylenia & Marco
