The place is very cozy, our room was big, the bathroom perfect, perfect location right in the piazza il campo. With a lot of restaurants, points of interest. I really recommend the Palazzo del papa.
We had a common area with the other rooms and we get courtesy water, coffee, tea and some snacks.
Hamza is the person in charge I can’t describe how awesome he was, very polite, worried about how we were doing, he gave us a lot of information about the city, places to eat, he recommended Antica Fattoria Papei very close to the hotel, the best food and wine and the service very good!
Totally recommend Palazzo del Papa and thank you again Hamza for your kindness

A very small hotel, or rather 3 smallish rooms and a communal living area. Hamza looks after the property with amazing skill and although he is not always on the premises, it is easy to contact him by phone. The address is perfect for Siena and within less than a minute to the 'Campo' — the centre. I received excellent advice on restaurants, dolci, outings etc. The wi-fi is perfect, it is spotlessly clean, the beds and bedding are amazingly comfortable, and there is a lift. Coffee and tea is always available.

Wonderful accommodations with a perfect location in old town Siena. Hamza is fantastic host and great communicator. He had sightseeing suggestions for us, dining options, made dinner reservations and secured a taxi for our return to the train station. We look forward to a return visit . Highly recommended .

Super Netter Service, bei der Anreise kam es zur einer Versp?teten Ankunft und der Mitarbeiter hat mit uns telefoniert und so gar auf uns gewartet.
So ein toller Service sieht man gerne.
Die Unterkunft liegt 50 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt.
Wir würden sie wahrscheinlich wieder Nutzen in Siena.

Our stay was Fantastic. The property is a very unique and beautiful guest house property located right of the Palazzo Del Campo. The property owner Hamza was absolutely fantastic! He messaged us on WhatApp prior to arrival to setup check-in, helped us with our bags, gave a full tour, answered all our questions. He provided us with cold water and snacks upon arrival. After checkout he allowed us to store our luggage so we could enjoy some more time Siena. After we walked around and shopped, I messaged Hamza that we were returning and he was waiting with our luggage downstairs and a taxi ready to drive us to our next destination. I could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend anyone visiting Siena to stay here and visit our new friend Hamza!
