Dear Miss, the photo you're showing is of a triple room with one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed, but you booked a twin room, meaning two single beds. You were offered a room upgrade for a queen-size bed, but you declined and decided to keep the room you reserved.The heating is automatic; however, you can turn it off if you wish.Regarding the rest, we don't quite understand what you meant, but we apologize for the delay.Sincerely,Beatriz
