The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff was so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend again

If you are doing any type of exploring in Patagonia, this is the hostel for you. They will store your luggage as long as you are staying there before and after. They have great breakfast, clean rooms and are walking distance from everything.

The staff here was super friendly and helpful. They knew I had an early morning pick up for a hike, so they left me a packed breakfast at the front desk and I didn’t even ask for that. Talk about going above and beyond! The room was clean and comfortable with piping hot water in the shower, which was very welcome after a long day of hiking. The only annoyance was the lack of soundproofing, so I could hear people talking and their music playing. Since people tend to get picked up very early in the morning, that can be annoying.

Owner/ management went out of her way to help us with logistics and then welcomed us back when we returned 5 days later! Very clean facilities, convenient luggage storage, exceptionally courteous.

Friendly staff, helpful with suggestions for good nearby; clean, cozy, and charming facilities; good location; comfortable beds. I wish the water got hotter for showers; not sure if it was the time of day or a particular situation. But my evening shower was only Luke warm. At least there are towel warmers; nice touch,

Very attentive and helpful staff. Clean room with a nice shower and comfortable. Considering the purpose of the trip it was great.
