They had a problem with the plumbing and they put us in a another place which was a decent place but had no windows. We had to walk 3 blocks in the morning to the hotel for breakfast and they didn't have menus.

Looks like new , great customer services ! Terrace restaurant delicious open late which is a plus a city like iquitos , rooms real nice , excellent hot water and air conditioning!

Stayed one night before 10 days in the jungle. Quick review: I found this hotel to be really nice. The room I had was on the first floor and was spacious, lots of closet space, large bathroom, A/C, comfortable bed and a small private patio. The roof deck is really nice with a great view to enjoy. Staff was friendly. Other notes: Keep an eye out for the address. There is no signage that I saw or that stood out. After going out I walked past the door a couple of times, because it's just a door like all the other buildings nearby. This is located a little ways off from where more of the tourist things are and is more in the neighborhoods. Not knowing the city, I am always a bit cautious when I travel into neighborhoods. This may be the biggest off putting feature of this location. However, it's an easy walk between and there are police officers located all over. The shower was a bit frustrating as I believe the equipment installed in there should allow for some warm/hot water but couldn't figure it out. I also could not get the water to change from the handheld shower head to the over head shower head, which I would have prefered. There is no refrigerator in the room. My room had a considerable amount of closet space, which a little could be used for a future upgrade to a refrigerator. I would have liked to have kept some cold water on hand. Breakfast was delicious and was included in the very reasonable price for my stay. Overall, I really liked staying at this location.

Budget Hotel 9/10
This boutique hotel is not high end. The price reflects that it’s more of a budget hotel but I would still give this boutique a 9/10.
The place is very clean, staff are very helpful, the owner is always on site.
We did have an issue upon check in, we booked a deluxe suite with a King Bed and they gave us a smaller room with a double bed. We pointed out the error and we come to realize that they have no King Beds available at this hotel (even though the booking site offers this selection.) we ended up in the room we requested but with two double beds.

Wifi ok, street noisy (request a room in the back), breakfast adequate but it would have been nice to have some fresh fruit, low water pressure, noisy in the hallways early in the am.
But with all this said for the price a great hotel!

Great hotel and I would highly recommend staying here! Everything is clean, comfortable, friendly and great service. All the staff spoke English and were super helpful! After staying in the Amazon we were super happy to have somewhere with hot water, comfortable bedding, good wifi connection and a clean area - you'll get all of this at this hotel!

It's close to the main square. Quiet place for a city. Hotel is modern, clean, but the toilet didn't work. My fault I should've told them the night we arrived. Told them in the morning, but it was not fixed. Front desk was very friendly, helpful, and concerned. A nice breakfast on 4th floor terrace
If the toilet worked, I would've come back.

The property was excellent. Although we had a mix up with our reservation we were moved to their sister hotel which was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was excellent and very customer oriented. He scheduled a 5:00 am pick up for us to the airport and was waiting for us with the taxi. They went out of their way for us and we would definitely recommend their hotels. Cleanest place in Iquitos and felt safe. Highly recommend staying here!
