Situated just a stone’s throw from the central plaza, Hotel Salento Plaza is beautifully preserved in UNESCO-heritage Salento style, with colourful, calming exteriors and traditional shuttered windows. The hotel is arranged over two levels, with the main entrance on the first floor and an accessible ground floor overlooking the gardens, which adds to the sense of calm. The interiors are modern and well maintained, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is served on an airy, peaceful terrace and is generous, with a good selection of fresh local fruit, eggs, and breads. The staff were consistently warm and helpful. A special thank you to the manager, Mauricio, for his attentive and friendly service. One minor point to note is that the shower water temperature was lukewarm rather than hot, though this did not significantly detract from the overall stay. A comfortable and well-located hotel with a welcoming atmosphere—recommended.

H?tel bien placé Chambres très exigu?s et sombres Gérant très désagréable ! Les petits déjeuners sont corrects Les clients laissent leurs vêtements sécher dehors devant votre porte de chambre cela donne un aspect plut?t auberge de jeunesse sans que le prix aille avec !

Points positifs la localisation et les petits déjeuners Points négatifs des chambres très petites Des chaussettes slips cale?ons et autres qui sèchent devant votre porte sans que la direction ne semble y attacher de l importance (comme vue quand on entre et qu on sort de la chambre il y a mieux) et enfin un responsable qui devrait apprendre à sourire

H?tel bien placé cadre idéal bon petit déjeuner . Chambre correcte si ce n’est porte toilette cassée signalée sans réaction réception. Personnel agréable sauf le responsable peu accueillant ! Dommage

H?tel très bien situé à Salento (proche de tout). Les chambres sont simples, propres et de bonne taille. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très, très bien : incroyable ! L'h?tel est calme avec un très beau jardin et le patron est vraiment sympa. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Aucune hésitation.

Great location, clean, comfortable beds, good and healthy breakfast. Very friendly and helpful service. Not too noisy in spite of the proximity of the main square. Nice views from all rooms. Family room is large and comfortable, no issue with the hot water.

Hotel in posizione centrale, veramente a due passi dalla Piazza del paese,ma tranquillo e silenzioso, colazione eccellente,forse la migliore che abbiamo gustato in Colombia, personale super ospitale e sempre sorridente e disponibile (bravo Mauricio!). Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, camere spartane ma funzionali e comunque adatte alla location. Ci hanno dato preziosi suggerimenti e istruzioni sulle escursioni da fare e non siamo rimasti delusi.Ci hanno anche organizzato il trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto di Pereira.Hotel da consigliare senza alcun dubbio.
