Gdy? mia?em wykupiony pobyt w Deluxe Room with Club Access ale ?adnych informacji w pokoju o zasadach dzia?ania klubu. I tak nast?pnego dnia wieczorem poszed?em do klubu w ostatniej chwili gdy? dowiedzia?em si? ?e w?a?nie zamykaj? bufet ale jeszcze mog? co? wybra?. Podoba mi si? ?e hotel wprowadzi? rozwi?zania które zapewniaj? ochron? ?rodowiska. Jak zawsze najlepsza by?a obs?uga.

The location is amazing, less than a minute walk to the mall next door. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Hotels also provide BOTH usb and usb-c charging ports, as well as universal plug sockets!
The negative thing is the lack of exhaust fan in the bathroom, causing a musty smell all day long, especially if the bathroom door is left closed. We booked two rooms. Our second room was also not done till around 4:30pm, and only after repeated enquiries at the front desk.

We stayed here many times before but this was the first time since the reopening. We always book the club room which gives us access to the lounge but the lounge experience was very disappointing this time. During happy hour we had to wait over 30 minutes for food to be replenished and when it finally arrived it was minimal. Service was plain bad. Breakfast was also below average. It took the cook 35 minutes to make us a simple omelet and one egg sunny side up. Very disappointing experience compared to other Seda properties in Cebu, Manila and Cagayan de Oro

Not sure how to rate this. Gave us a room that there’s already a person inside. Good thing I noticed that there’s a luggage. Went down again and they gave us the correct room

Newly renovated rooms are so amazing. I have always stayed at Seda Abreeza and you can never go wrong with selecting this hotel.
Currently they are on soft opening so you can still smell pain in the hallways. Would suggest the hotel to robust their anti-smell vacuums to remove this smell.

Quite pricey for now maybe due to ots renovation. When I booked i l requested to be in the lower ground , unfortunately I was in the higher floor. The hotel smells paint due to renovation nothing so fancy except it was newly painted. I also requested for mall view but was not granted . Planning for Abreeza shopping it's ideal to be in this hotel due to it's accessibility.

As a business traveler, I prefer clean, hassle-free hotels with good wifi that will allow me to work in peace, rest well after a long day, and allow me to access good dining options within walking distance. Seda ticks all these boxes. The whole place was clean, the room was immaculate, and I love the desk in the room! Plus, the staff were very friendly and were ready to assist. Seda Abreeza has become my preferred hotel in Davao.
