My daughter’s favorite hotel.
I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try.
What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We were traveling with friends and appreciated the private bathroom, not just a glass wall. I requested an iron and wine glasses be brought to the room and they delivered quickly.
The breakfast buffet was the best part! Really tasty and so many different options.

The service is great. The hotel is near malls and other locations. The food is not great. The cleanliness is average.

Everything was great except for my online checkin. I think the bellman didn’t know I can go directly to different counter. Other than that. Our stay has been pretty good as well as the breakfast.

I have good experience, very accommodating ang staff, yung foods ay goods na goods po. Babalik ulit ako dito.

Everything was superb. room, service, amenities, food, staff, location.
Friendly and courteous staff, food are delicious, mall just across the hotel.
Looking forward for another staycation here.

第三次住这个酒店了，酒店衞生整洁，且大门口有24小时吸烟区，酒店工作人员服务周到。

3个人订了一间大床房和一间双床房，到达後居然告诉我们只有大床房，加床还要自己付费。经携程沟通才同意免费加床，这样的服务我也是第一次遇到。??????
