We booked 3 rooms for my cousins overnight. The room is exellent and very nice and clean. The aircon really so cool. The breakfast buffet is so good and delectable. Overall, we are pleased to the amenities and services of the hotel.

衞生很不错，早餐好吃，工作人员态度友好，所在位置附近有购物商场，酒店也有收费的餐饮服务，酒店适合商务出行和亲子旅游。

The room is clean and comfy, the receptionist even the staffs are very welcoming. The food on buffet is superb with different choices. Taho is their best seller. Even the staff in the buffet area are so hospitable ??

I really have no complaints about this hotel other than the breakfast buffet gets boring after a couple of days. Not a lot of vegetarian options. The “taho” is pretty much gone by 9 am (so I suggest getting there early if you’re keen on trying it out). The location is central to a several malls, the parking is spacious (provided maybe that there isn’t a huge event going on). I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant stay overall — the staff were warm and the environment was relaxing. I truly appreciated the hospitality. There are just a few small areas I believe could be improved to elevate the experience even further, especially for a 5-star standard: 1. Hair Dryer Quality The current hair dryer is quite difficult to use due to its size and the open button. A more modern and slightly larger model would make getting ready much more convenient for guests. 2. Breakfast Queue Management During breakfast, the waiting line was quite long. However, once seated, I noticed many empty tables inside. Perhaps the seating process could be coordinated more efficiently so guests don’t have to wait unnecessarily. 3. A La Carte Dinner Quality I ordered the salmon steak, which was fine but felt quite neutral in flavor. Improving the rice quality or seasoning slightly could make the dish more memorable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return. I’m sharing these suggestions in hopes they help enhance the already great service you provide.

It's very near Solaire which we had our conferment ceremony. Affordable and accessible. We enjoyed our stay there.
