This hotel is the best in Peru the best location and best service hands down.. the restaurant and service throughout the hotel is amazing the best. I love the pool makes it why to me it is an out of dream experience having the amazing location hotel and staff plus activities like the amazing library and old royal pool table I think it is.

Last time in Cusco, I stayed in its sister hotel Monasterio, be a Belmond fan of course this time we stayed in Palacio Nazarenas. First of all, I would like to thank Gustavo, our butler, who took good care of us during the stay, we are so grateful! Our city view room is very classic, cozy with so spacious bathroom, the bed is quite comfortable that guarantees good sleep :-) the balcony is very big that allows 2 sets of chairs & table yet still many place. In the morning from balcony looking at blue sky with white cloud, with the reflection of pool, superb. Breakfast is full of selections on buffet and nice a-la-carte menu, and pls don’t miss their restaurant Mauka, they serve delicious food with tradition and creation perfectly balanced. My 2nd time in Cusco is perfect as well, I will be back.

An extraordinary hotel in the heart of Cusco. Outstanding food & beverage, a spa that goes beyond expectations, and spacious, beautifully designed suites. But what truly made the difference was the service. We were assisted by a butler, Saul Quispe — always attentive, incredibly professional, and able to anticipate every need. Truly exceptional service.

Our tour guide, Joseph Nieto Espinoza was the most wonderful and experienced tour guide we could have possibly had. He was incredibly polite, kind, and served every need we could have thought of and even those we didn’t think of. He was always on point and so knowledgeable of all the sites and history of Machu Picchu. He went above and beyond to make the experience the most memorable for both of us. Joseph Nieto Espinoza is the best tour guide we could ever imagine. We would recommend him to all our friends and family. He caters to the highest level of luxury and does it all while making us feel comfortable and welcomed. He constantly thought ahead and predicted our needs. He clearly used his experience and knowledge of the routes and people and sites we were seeing to make sure we had the best possible view, sight, and overall experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Beautiful and with the best service one can expect. Excellent location near the center, great food and big quiet rooms. I’ll return for sure. Hat off to a great property.

This place sets the bar very very high loke the altitude. Oxygen in the room is an amazing touch for folks coming from lower elevations to get a good nights sleep and it just gets better from there

We have had the most incredible stay in this hotel it is pure magic. The attention of detail is beyond, and the staff care so much. We had a massage at the spa and the experience was incredible. I have to mention a special special person named Saul who had entirely changed our trip - I have never met someone more caring and helpful and the hotel are SO lucky to have him - he couldn’t do enough for us. He gave us the best recommendations and he was honestly a superstar. Thank you for everything!!!! We will be back and recommending this to everyone. Worth every single penny

Beautiful, spacious rooms with incredible service by all hotel employees (and there are many). Extra oxygen provided through vents of the room. Spent an entire day just relaxing around the hotel.

Excelente locación y servicio tal como Belmond nos tiene acostumbrados. Tengo que recalcar especialmente, la ayuda permanente de nuestro mayordomo Saul. La joya de la estadía, nos orientó y asistió en todo lo necesario, incluso con la aclimatación del primer día. Gracias. Para repetir sin duda.
