Katari Apart Hotel at Qorikancha was the perfect accommodation for my 3-day trip to Cusco! It is in a great central location, within walking distance to the various plazas with shopping and restaurants. My room was great - clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Alex was an INCREDIBLE host - he was so attentive and responsive and gave me some excellent recommendations for things to do and see and restaurants to eat at. I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride.

Incredible, absolutely wonderful experience. Words cannot express my gratitude towards Giara,Walter and all the wonderful stop at Katharine Apt Hotel for taking such good care of me. First of all the location is very close to the airport, a nine dollar taxi ride. It is perfectly located on the main street close to everything at walking distance. Major grocery stores 11 minutes away main Plaza 10 minutes away, walking, Mercado San Pedro 15 min walking. My check in experience was a breeze. I just notified the business right next door, Peru, rail office who got Giara who is a sweet, adorable person. Right away I knew I was in good hands. She showed me my apartment which was apartment number nine. I had two beds and they were so clean. Pillows and sheets smelled impeccably clean. The place was beautiful. I had a kitchenette with a microwave and stove top. I had limited kitchen equipment, but I asked Giara to provide me with more things and she was helpful. I had piping hot water, toilet paper, and even a wonderful kettle to boil my tea. They provide you with a breakfast menu and every morning I texted her on WhatsApp to tell her what I wanted for breakfast. They had good options. It was so nice to have someone make breakfast for you. She was so sweet what really impressed me however, was for the first day I arrived in Peru I had a severe case of altitude sickness. It was so bad I seriously thought I was gonna die. I wasn’t able to walk get up or do anything so Giara called the doctor to come and visit me. Her partner Walter went to the drugstore and got me an oxygen tank and some altitude sickness pills. The doctors visit and the pills cost me $70. The doctor also gave me pills included in all this price incredible within two days I was all better and able to go to Machu Picchu. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them because I am a solo traveler. There is nothing more scary than getting sick when you’re in a foreign country thank you Giara, Walter, and all the staff at Katharine apt hotel. I will be back, and I will always stay here. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cusco. The price is incredible, the staff go above and beyond for you, and if it rains, they even provide umbrellas! What more can you ask for? I am so grateful I stayed here. ??

??(Lo mejor): La ubicación, las vistas desde la habitación hacia Qorikancha y disponer de cocina (nueva y en buen estado). ??(Lo peor): No hay recepción, salón o lugar para recibir o esperar por lo que si no estás dentro de tu horario de habitación pagada no tendrás donde estar. Handicap importante para los días de frío o lluvia. ??(calidad - precio): Hay buenos hoteles cerca por el mismo precio e incluso más económicos. Dependerá de lo que busques.

El apartahotel tiene unas instalaciones impecables, con habitaciones muy confortables y limpias que nada tienen que envidiar a un hotel de cinco estrellas. Está muy bien situado, cerca de Plaza de Armas, pero en una avenida menos ajetreada que las calles situadas más al centro. Alex, el anfitrión, hace de tu estancia una experiencia maravillosa. Puedes contar con él para lo que necesites y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar. Recomendaré sin duda este alojamiento en Cusco.

Katari apart hotel, es un minidepartamento, con una ubicación extraordinaria, unas instalaciones mucho mejor de lo que se ven en las fotos muy acogedor. Alex es excepcional, su servicio es impecable, desde que entras al apart hotel.te sientes.como.en casa. 100% recomendable!!!!

Nos encantó el alojamiento y sobre todo álex el gerente. Estuvo atento a absolutamente todo lo que necesitábamos. Cuando le escribías o llamabas no tardaba ni 1 minuto en contestar o aparecer en tu puerta si estabas en el alojamiento. El desayuno increíble, súper completo. De base dan pan, cereales, frutas, embutido, zumos… y luego tienes varias opciones fuertes para elegir. Te lo sirven a la hora que tu quieras en la habitación. Camas cómodas y muy amplia la estancia. Ubicación a 10min de la Plaza de Armas, súper bien. Si vuelvo a Cusco repetiré seguro!!

We spent 4 days at Katari Apart Hotel in Standard Double Room. Everything was excellent: location, view, cleanliness, breakfast, comfort. And most importantly - the host Alex. From the first meeting with him, we felt like we were old friends. He took great care to make our stay pleasant and comfortable for us, he was very responsive and kind and very helpful with his tips for orientation in Cusco and good restaurants. Finally he sent us to the airport in a safe taxi. Thank you Alex. If you are looking for a hotel in Cusco - this is definitely the place.

We stayed in a very well appointed two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean — with daily cleaning service. But what made this place truly special was the service of Alex. Always ready to meet any need. He prepared a big made-to-order breakfast every day, delivered at any time we requested. The breakfast was always delicious. He also kept our suitcases safe after we checked out of the hotel for a five day trek. This place is a great value.

Este hotel está ubicado en un excelente y conveniente lugar, está a menos de 10 mnts caminando de la Plaza de Armas de donde la mayoría de los tours te dejan al terminar el día. Está en la Ave El Sol la principal donde tienes un montón de casas de cambio de moneda, markets, restaurantes y lugares de interés a visitar, como la plaza de San Pedro q está como a 10 mmts caminando. También está justo al frente del famoso Qurikancha. Los desayunos son personalizados y son entregados directamente a tu habitación. Alex el encargado es un se?or muy amable y la comunicación es excelente y muy accesible en todo momento, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo necesario. El precio súper bueno. La habitación tiene un tama?o cómodo y de fácil acceso desde la calle. . Recomendado este mini hotel tipo Airbnb.

Our room was a good size and very comfortable. Has a little kitchen complete with utensils which is very useful. The location is great, on the Main Street and a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. Alex, the host, was fantastic. His communication was perfect and prompt, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is also provided to your room with a decent selection - and can be boxed up if heading out early. We had a great stay here.
