AMAZING hotel. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. We were here as a family of five. There was a lot of space and we had a kitchen which we did not expect. The service was superior to most hotels I’ve ever stayed at. When we needed something we had it within 5 minutes. This is not an exaggeration. The complimentary breakfast exceeds any I’ve had and is comparable to a high end restaurant. It’s delivered to your room when you desire it. The location is perfect. It’s very close to the main square but far enough away that it’s not loud at night. You will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at hotels all over the world but I must say that the staff at this hotel is the absolute best I have ever seen. They met every demand I had with absolute professionalism and went out of their way on everything. Alex and the staff at the hotel are the best ever and I promise you won’t find any better in Cusco. The hotel is also very centrally located. This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Cusco!

Somos una familia de 4. Nos quedamos 4 noches. Son departamentos con cocina integrada y una sala de estar. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, las camas individuales de plaza y media, y la doble parecía king size. Cada habitación cuenta con un televisor y diferentes apps de streaming. La ducha tiene una presión increíble y la calefacción estaba en su punto justo. Nos hospedamos en julio y hacía mucho frío por la ma?ana y la noche (5 - 7 grados). Pero lo mejor de todo fue, sin duda, la atención de Alex. No tiene recepción, pero Alex está disponible en todo momento. Te da información sobre excursiones, está atento a los taxis que puedas necesitar. Altamente recomendable para familias. Quiero volver definitivamente.

Nothing but a bed
The hotel manager worked very hard but was alone. The rooms are incredibly small which would be ok but there is N9 room for anytging. The breakfast is served in the roo. Bc there is no where else. Zero amenities

Loved the location. Walking distance to some many things to see and great restaurants. Alex, the host, was very accommodating. The space was adorable and very clean. Two bedrooms and two baths was helpful for a family of 4. Easy to get a taxi in the early morning.

This hotel is like a service apartment style, breakfast is sent to your room, just message the order the night before. Location wise, it is just in front of Qorikancha, 10 mins walk to Plaza de Armas, 15 mins to San Pedro, 5 mins to our laundry shop ( Lavamatic at Garcilaso) and Pizza Avventura, authentic pizza shop. We stayed a total of 6 days here. Giara is very helpful and friendly.
