Unfortunately, the flight information we initially received did not appear in the Cusco arrivals schedule, which made it impossible for us to properly arrange the pickup service. We regret that there was no further communication to clarify this, and we’re truly sorry it gave the impression that we were unwilling to assist — that was never our intention.As for the water issue, there was an unexpected area-wide water outage, of which we were not informed in advance. This unfortunately affected the operation of our water pumps. Our maintenance team responded as quickly as possible under the circumstances, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to experience an interruption during your shower. We're truly sorry this was part of your stay.On a more positive note, we're glad you appreciated the design and amenities of the hotel, though we regret that service issues affected your overall impression.
