My first stay at an ITC hotel for 4nights.Booked two suites for my family.Property is a nice spread of main comlex and cottage,suites,meditation centre,spa,temperature controlled pool and gym. I checked in a day before.The real reason of writing this review is a pre checkin incident. I came by taxi from chandigarh whether after a flight from mumbai to delhi connecting to chandigarh and the drive of 4hrs to chail town. We took a break at a local shack in kumar hatti two hrs before coming to chail where i forgot my valuable bag which i realized coming to hotel. I realized it had 40-50k cash, with ipads,a phone, airpods,other valuables too. I realized it would spoil my trip of 6days. But this person ROHIT THAKUR (True Saviour) at Reception at time of checkin would brought to notice about this. Why would any person care about incident not happened at hotel. But as soon as he came to know about he asked us to be comfortable and he inquired us where i could have misplaced.I realized it was at a shack named Pankaj pure veg hotel and after checking on google found it had not any number stored on google maps. So he started making a few phone calls.after connecting friends of friends.he eventually got the number of the place. And finally got status of my bag in perfect condition with all valuables intact. I couldnt have done this, and would have to travel four hour going and back with no guarantee of finding bag I got really lucky to meet this gem of a person ROHIT THAKUR at ITC and also owner of the pankaj pure veg shack. Currently my stay at hotel is great with wonderful staff and nice hospitality. Thank you once again ROHIT THAKUR & ITC.

Top notch hospitality, fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, easy to travel to (3.5 hrs from Chandigarh airport). It is located in a secluded area, away from the mess of Shimla & Kufri. One should come here if they are looking for a peaceful property holiday. The rooms are spacious, all with a balcony facing the most gorgeous Mountain View. The restaurant staff is just very very good. Sheetal, Pankaj, Kushwant were fantastic with their prompt & attentive personalised service. The Indian food at the restaurant was delicious & so clean & authentic. Sahil from the front desk was very helpful and sorted us out when we flagged an issue with our room on day 1. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beautiful property.

Amazing experience filled with sumptous food and luxury . Special mention for manager Naveen Bansal for making special arrangements for birthday and making it special and memorable experience. Excellent menu curated by Chef Vijay and his team including Deepak at the restaurant for our special day. Not to miss their dessert Apricot Jar and Daru chicken which has pomegranate & Chha ghost, local himachali cuisine.

I had the opportunity to get message done by Tsurela and it was exceptional. She hit all the right nodes where I had pain and gently made it vanish. Wish had more time to get it done again by her. Also, Mr Sunder was very generous and kind in attending me. The apple cinnamon and honey tea was out of the world. This property is truly amazing and worth the pain of driving few extra kms. to reach here. Its serene beauty and overall ambience is breathtaking. They have lot of activities for all age groups and kids play area too. Icing on the cake is temperature controlled pool. To sum up, What you see in pics is what you actually get here!

Location, ambience, food, all very good. Staff very cooperative and curious. Sunder was very kind to take a yoga session. We enjoyed the stay.

It was my second Trip to Tavleen Chail & was memorable as always It’s a beautiful property with impeccable service F & B team is the star performer Chef Vijay and Deepak Angad ji went above and beyond to make our Trip comfortable Front office & Security team are also very welcoming Housekeeping keeps the property pristine.

We had a wonderful stay at Welcome Hotel Tavleen, Chail by ITC. The property is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by serene hills and breathtaking views that make every moment special. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special mention to Sundar, the yoga instructor, who made our mornings truly memorable. His sessions, set against the stunning mountain backdrop, were rejuvenating and peaceful — an experience not to be missed! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to unwind in nature with a touch of luxury. ???
