I recently visited ITC Chail, and was impressed by the exceptional service and culinary experience. Special mention to Saurabh, who crafted an unforgettable Chilli Gimlet. His hospitality and mixology skills truly elevated my visit.

We stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC, Tavleen Chail, and had a truly wonderful experience. The property is beautifully maintained and located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by a calm and refreshing atmosphere. I travelled with my wife, and from the moment we arrived, the welcome at check-in by the reception staff was very warm and pleasant. We spent some great time at the bar—the staff there were absolutely awesome and made the experience even more enjoyable. In-room dining was one of the best experiences during our stay, and the restaurant staff were extremely courteous and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, with good food and very nice service. Overall, it was a very relaxing and memorable stay. The property offers a perfect blend of comfort, peace, and a typical hill-station vibe. We would love to visit again and sincerely thank the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Was staying with family for a short trip. Had a really great experience at the Monal cafe here. We spent most of our time there for breakfast and dinner, and both were excellent. The breakfast spread is huge, plenty of fresh options and the local dishes were a highlight. Dinner was even better; the atmosphere is super peaceful at night, and the quality of the food is exactly what you’d expect from an ITC property. The best part is hospitality, politeness and professionalism of the staff (To name a few, Sheetal, Manish, Sonia and some I am unable to recall) and offcourse the view from the terrace is great too. The service was also spot on and staff made sure we had everything we needed. If you're staying at Tavleen, the food here is definitely a highlight of the trip.
