Guest：Starting with the reception thanks to Farouk and Islam for their cooperation and welcoming smiles and the quick check in; They accomodated our requests smoothly. Menna the sweet guest relation is polite, patient and will listen to you if you needed any assistance. The bellmen //golf car drivers are amazing and friendly specially Zoghby. Appreciation to the housekeeping gentlemen specially hamdy or magdy the Hk supervisor he was very helpful cooperative , professional and quick . Thanks to Housekeeping mohamed mansour the new guy. Very organized ,clean and checked on us during the whole stay. He is so sweet with good manners. Thanks to all chefs and waiters in the resturant, they all did a great job with a smile. Very Good variety in the breakfast and Dinner . Tables are clean. The quality of meat and fish (Denees fish) are just Perfect. Everything else was good. The stay was relaxed and its my second Home.
