Per una vacanza al mare in settembre, inserito in un pacchetto vacanza, ottimo resort, tranquillo e pulito. Non c'era animazione o spettacoli, volendo si poteva usufruire di quelli dell'hotel accanto della stessa catena JAZ, ma non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza. Buono il ristorante, abbastanza vario il menù. Personale sempre molto gentile e preciso. Camere abbastanza ampie con balcone che dava sulla piscina. A 200 metri c'era la spiaggia in comune con gli altri hotel della catena, con bevande anche servite all'ombrellone. Si poteva mangiare (cose semplici) anche nel bar della spiaggia. Tutto sommato un'ottima esperienza.

Starting with the reception thanks to Farouk and Islam for their cooperation and welcoming smiles and the quick check in; They accomodated our requests smoothly. Menna the sweet guest relation is polite, patient and will listen to you if you needed any assistance. The bellmen //golf car drivers are amazing and friendly specially Zoghby. Appreciation to the housekeeping gentlemen specially hamdy or magdy the Hk supervisor he was very helpful cooperative , professional and quick . Thanks to Housekeeping mohamed mansour the new guy. Very organized ,clean and checked on us during the whole stay. He is so sweet with good manners. Thanks to all chefs and waiters in the resturant, they all did a great job with a smile. Very Good variety in the breakfast and Dinner . Tables are clean. The quality of meat and fish (Denees fish) are just Perfect. Everything else was good. The stay was relaxed and its my second Home.

It’s very disappointing that the rules state that guests are to be seated far away from that beautiful seafront !!! Otherwise , there’s an extra cost ( that’s crazy) for renting a tent on the beachfront per day !! Those hidden cost jeopardizes the trust we have put in the hotel management . Apart from that , the food is amazing and the rooms are so clean and elegant .

Das Hotel an sich ist hübsch, es gibt einen sch?nen Strand in der n?he, aber nur einen einzigen Market!!! Man müsste 400km fahren bis zur n?chsten Shopping M?glichkeit. Mir ist das sehr wichtig und meiner Familie auch, deswegen hat uns dieser Urlaub gar nicht gefallen. Ausserdem hatte ich nach jeder Mahlzeit dort starke Bauchschmerzen. Essen war auch nicht so gut, es wird alles komplett ungewürzt serviert was ich null verstehe. Für Menschen die sich nur sonnen wollen und essen, ist es gut, um etwas zu unternehmen der gr??te Schrott.

Review for Hotel JAZ TAMERINA Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect… we arrived at 10:30 and got our rooms by 11:45. We didn’t even have to ask, and they gave us rooms right next to each other. Our room was taken care of by Moustafa (rooms 6189, 6191). I have to say, I have never seen anything more beautiful in my life. In the restaurant, the waiter Abd El Rahman remembered our names from the very first day and treated us like royalty Thank you so much for such a positive holiday and so many moments of laughter. This year we were here again,because Jaz Tamerina is excellent resort . The services are at a high level,thanks to the great staff.
