空调声音比较大，其他都很好，所有接触到的服务员都很友好，酒店内环境安静、优雅、自然、私密，酒店里四家餐厅，只吃了两家，味道不错，尤其是蓝色花瓣LOGO的餐厅，好像还是连锁的餐厅。我住了四个晚上，最后两晚调到了二楼，还赶上了台风，不能出海计划全部打乱，庆幸定了这家酒店。

Awesome place and staff. These people understand hospitality. There great restaurants on site and just next door; Mooon Cafe has food I love. It's hard to book because it tends to be popular, I was not able to extend my stay. I would return to spurge.

Overall its a great place to stay for relaxation and peace,i really love the place the location is perfect there are alot of nearby places to eat and roam around,the staffs are friendly helpful and very accommodating the rooms are really spacious and clean the only downside is i think you can do better with your shower area if the ?shower was all glass walled so the bathrom will not be soaking wet when someone is using it.
And also if you can put a soft bed frame as the last time i I stayed i knocked my head hard on the ledge above your bed,and lastly i will be very honest your breakfast service is really super slow imagine waiting for more than half an hour for our food to think the breakfast that we ordered are just simple breakfast ?so end up we didn’t really enjoy our food as we have to rush to the airport for my flight despite being in the breakfast area at 7.i hope you can do better regarding this matter so other guests will not experience that especially those who are rushing for a tour or a flight.thank you so much and God bless you all!

Classy hotel. Very friendly staff. Very helpful staff, they helped with any request we had. Very accommodating. Large and comfortable room. Enjoyed our short stays here.

Fantastic hotel but a bit away from town. Big spacious clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and nice staff. Great private pool and location. Would definitely recommend but for more than 1 night to fully enjoy

I’ve stayed here before and always rated them five out of five in all categories but location. This most recent day, I just felt the service wasn’t quite up to par with my other stays. I am sure I will stay here again as I believe it is the nicest hotel in Dumaguete. As a side note - very cool car show going on during this trip. ??
