NIA HOTEL DALAT – Simply the Best! One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From start to finish, they truly cater to your every need with such thoughtfulness and care. Even after check-out, they surprised us by packing fresh fruits and drinking water for our trip to the airport, such a sweet gesture that shows how much they go above and beyond. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, with the most comfortable bed and pillow ever (you’ll have the best sleep of your life!). The Dalat city view from the room is simply breathtaking! But what makes NIA Hotel stand out most is their incredible hospitality. The staff are extra friendly, warm, and genuinely caring, you feel like family from the moment you step in. Full stars, highly recommended! Love, love, love this place. Can’t wait to be back! ??

We really enjoyed the service and food in the restaurant. It's that feeling when food is prepared with love. It was very tasty and clean! While we were waiting for our main courses, they brought us crispy bread with cheese spreads, and for dessert, we got to try fruit ice cream, courtesy of the restaurant. The waiters were very friendly, especially Artur. He makes delicious non-alcoholic cocktails and will recommend one to suit your taste! He's a very welcoming guy. The hotel is budget-friendly, but very clean, and the sheets and towels smell nice and fresh.

Montezuma is a very small town. Great for relaxing but not a lot more to do than that. NYA hotel and staff are great. Facility is very nice and just outside of the downtown area.

We thought this was a lovely property. Stephen, at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was excellent, yoga was great, and location perfect! We will come back!

NIA Hotel completely exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful in every interaction. Our room was massive, spotless, and beautifully finished - a high end boutique hotel experience we weren’t quite expecting in Da Lat. What really blew us away were the thoughtful touches: they packed us a little travel bag with fresh fruit for our onward journey, and even shifted breakfast earlier just to accommodate our early flight. The breakfast itself was next-level — think freshly pressed juices, daily selection of pastries, hot Vietnamese dishes made to order, and yes, even caviar! When our motorcycle helmet broke, the staff didn’t hesitate to offer one of their own personal helmets so we could ride safely. It’s rare to find this level of care and service anywhere, let alone at such a reasonable price. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend NIA to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a touch of luxury.

The property is tucked into the jungle close to town and the beach. The sound of the surf is relaxing. There is always wildlife on the property: birds, monkeys, aguatis, iguanas. It's a great spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good restaurant. Great breakfast options.
