This hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay in Montezuma. The breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely friendly. We even got an upgrade from a regular room to a balcony and they let us check in a few hours early because the room was ready. Hotel was clean and quiet. We saw a ton of wildlife right outside of our room… monkeys, iguanas, squirrels and a ton of unique birds. The location was perfect allowing you to walk to the beach and the main street where all of the stores and restaurants are. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons rencontré une problématique de chambre en arrivant (sombre et ne correspondant pas à nos attentes). L'établissement a très vite réagi pour nous trouver une solution plus lumineuse et spacieuse. L'h?tel est de très bon standing avec un excellent petit déjeuner,.une piscine magnifique et un personnel disponible et accessible. Je recommande totalement l'établissement

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Nya Hotel. The grounds are beautiful, and the restaurant staff is warm and welcoming, creating a cozy family atmosphere. The front desk staff is incredibly caring; when my daughter severely sunburned her hand, they promptly brought us medication. Even during rain, they kindly provided umbrellas at guests’ doors. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. However, I found the note from the cleaning staff requesting a tip a bit unnecessary.

My experience at this hotel was pretty amazing. I loved the atmosphere, the staff were friendly and personable, the room was beautiful. I felt really taken care of, the cleaning crew were excellent and I felt welcomed. They helped me book a couple of excursions and I did some adventuring on my own. It’s close to the downtown so you can go to restaurants but it’s out of the way, and feels like an oasis. I felt very safe in Montezuma and didn’t have any unpleasant interactions. Really I was looking for a place to relax and reset and this was everything I wanted in my vacation. Definitely would like to go back!

This property is stunning, tucked away in the jungle, but still a (very) short walk to town and the beach. The pool is quiet, with monkeys and other critters to watch while you relax. Fabulous drinks and OUTSTANDING food. The staff was nice, accommodating and overall very friendly- we really enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Super sch?nes Hotel. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in ruhiger aber dennoch zentraler Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Zudem gibt es eine hochwertige Egg Station an der man sich die Speisen frisch zubereiten lassen kann. Alles in allem eines der besten Hotels in der wir bisher übernachtet haben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
