Excellent hotel - beautiful views and tranquillity My husband and I stayed v recently and were v impressed by the attention to detail shown by the staff. From the Chief Chef to the lovely restaurant staff, particularly Vishal and Sunil. I have a medical dietary condition, and they were very knowledgeable as to what was in the food. We had wonderful breakfasts and evening meals. We were extremely lucky to be at the hotel for live music in the bar on both our nights. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the location of the property. The hospitality extended by the entire staff and the food was outstanding. All the staff were so courteous. The chef took personal care of our requirement and curated every meal. Food was delicious.

Dear Team, It was an absolute pleasure staying at your property. Though we were initially a little skeptical as it is a new setup, you truly lived up to our expectations. Despite our late arrival close to midnight after driving from Delhi, the team—especially Lokesh, Anshul, Ankita, and others (Sorry if i have missed out anyone.)—was extremely courteous and helpful. Prem went out of his way to serve us one of the best Himachali thalis we’ve had; compliments to the Chef and restaurant team. The kids’ activity corner was a delight, and my nephew had a great time and was very well cared for. Overall, a wonderful experience. Keep up the great work, Team Hyatt—we look forward to many more memories.

The service and overall experience were absolutely delightful, and it's clear that a lot of effort and caring leadership go into making it special. A heartfelt thanks to the Front desk team Mr. Bhavishya, Reservation team Mr. Chetan, F&B team Chef Mr. Kaushal, Mr. Prem, Mr. Nikhil, and Mr. Anshul for their warmth and attentive service. The evenings were made even more memorable thanks to Mr. Vishal, Mr. Vikas, and the talented troupe, whose soulful music added a lovely touch to our stay.

Wonderful experience. The attitude of the staff was extremely warm and professional — genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. The food was fresh and well-prepared, which made a big difference. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying stay. Would definitely recommend.

Up on the hills a beautiful place called Hyatt regency. Nice hotel. Centrally air conditioned so extreme winters doesn’t bother you much. Staff is courteous. Clean and tidy rooms. Food quality is good

its a fantastic property, great location, hospitalty housekeeping, food, all services one better than the other. one of the best hill station experiences of our lives. they have a great team Mr Vishal Mr Sunil Chef Pankaj to name a very few. I am familiar with all of them now- Sunny, Atul, Kanu, Sahil, Sunil, chef Ankush and Shavik

Amazing property. Rooms good. Food was excellent. Approaching road to hotel is bit tough...narrow. WIsh it was better. Swimming pool was clean and temperature controlled, loved it.

Very good experience the breakfast was very good and the overall service was excellent we could not enjoy the property that much as we went for the cricket match so the stadium is bit far from the hotel.
