Great place to stay for all trades men looking for some where while working. Keep your van behind locked gates and when you work late, there’s always the open kitchen to knock up a snack. Ronnie is welcoming looks after his customers.
My Stay at Sutton Guest House
Warm welcome from Ron and staff, the room was clean if needed anything extra for my room it was sorted i can say i really enjoyed my stay ??
Remember, this is a motel and not a hotel. Mr. Chuck is a great host. He is still doing updates at the hotel. Our room had an excellent mattress and great bathroom. I would recommend installing hand towels/wash clothes bars. Also, a hang up clothes rack is needed.
This is a small inn and the owner seems to be doing the very best to keep it clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom has new fixtures and thick towels. We will definitely stay there again when we come to Elkton.
The communications between myself and Ronnie and his family who are excellent from the start of contact to the end the accommodation was in excellent and spotless condition they could not go over their way enough to help and support with my stay. The quality of provision for breakfast was really awesome plenty of choices for breakfast the room was immaculate and everything you would need for a stay. I can't wait to return when I'm next on business in the area Team teacher ltd

Clean comfortable room , warm ( maybe a little too warm as couldn't adjust towel rail radiator in bathroom .)
However comfortable room well equipped with microwave and fridge in room if required and excellent value

Family owner hotel with personalized touch. Owner was very attentive and made us feel like one of the family. Rooms were spotless and very spacious. Many upgrades and renovations. Close to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again.
