The Executive Room itself was superb. The space was generous, feeling less like a hotel room and more like a private apartment. The design is elegant and classic, providing a very relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing.

The facilities and environment were excellent, but the room amenities fell far short of expectations. The refrigerator wasn't cold, blood stains were found on pillows, the bedding was torn, and the bathroom door couldn't lock.
That said, I'm immensely grateful to the hotel butler, Bradley, for his exceptional care. He provided 24/7 support for my family and me, promptly addressing every request—whether fixing malfunctioning phones, repairing all broken lights in the room, or other issues. His help extended beyond hotel duties: when we planned outings, he offered invaluable advice, practical tips, and essential reminders. Though these matters weren't his responsibility after we checked out, he meticulously arranged everything for us. Bradley truly went above and beyond.
