Just back from this hotel after a short break. It was delightful! Accommodation, food and hospitality were excellent....Will definitely be back. We'll done to staff and management!!

We booked a special seasonal retreat in February for one night. Our room was a classic with one double bed and one single bed. The beds were comfortable, though for a couple, a king-size bed might be more ideal than a double and single setup. Breakfast the next morning had everything you could need ; a full Irish breakfast, pastries, juices, and more. It would be nice to see a bottled smoothie option added for convenience, but overall it was very satisfying. The highlight of our stay was definitely the 3-course dinner with cocktails. We ordered the salmon, which was exceptional, and the dessert was really delicious too. The cocktails were also excellent. We were shown to our table by a lovely waitress and served by Hannah, who was extremely efficient and had a wonderful personality. She made the dining experience a joy. The hotel truly has an excellent chef and restaurant team as the quality of the meal and service was outstanding. One practical note: the cost of the night is debited from your account 48 hours before arrival. We had missed this in the fine print and only realised after the money was deducted. It’s something to be aware of, as the confirmation email does make it obvious that payment is taken in advance but who reads the confirmation email to the end? Overall, a comfortable stay with standout dining and service. just be mindful of the pre-payment policy.

Staff in bar standing around doing nothing. Felt I was being rushed as Three times Staff came over to ask if I had finished my dinner when I clearly haven't. Staff talking about personal matters at Bar. Staff getting angry at each other over mixed up orders. Was not told the specials and wish I had ordered something else then the awful chicken I had.

We were a group of ten and we could not have been treated better. Very comfortable rooms, excellent dining, great staff.

I cannot thank this hotel enough. My husband and I stayed for two nights and we could not praise the staff enough. The hotel is a beautiful place to stay. It is spotlessly clean and feels like home. My husband is on oxygen and needed medical equipment delivered and I can't praise the staff enough while I was organising it. They are all friendly from the time you set foot inside. Breakfast was gorgeous and served in a beautiful dining room We will definitely by back...

We had dinner at the oaks on Friday night. The dinner was lovely but it was the choice of desserts that was exceptional . I had Eton mess

Had a beautiful meal , lovely atmosphere. Staff as always were great . Initially we met Claire who was so pleasant and helpful with a few items on the menu , then we met Sara who was very attentive ensured we we were happy with everything and organised a box to take away my extra food . She also stopped for a few kind words which we really enjoyed .

attending a wedding there this weekend, staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and all the little details were evident. As a regular visitor to Killarney it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in

Myself and my partner stayed here for a midweek break in May and really enjoyed it. We got a complimentary upgrade on check in which was a lovely surprise and came with a Fab view . All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful you can tell they take pride in the place. We had food in the bar one evening and it was very good, nice relaxed vibe and decent menu. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and in a handy location not far from town. Overall, a brilliant stay – we’ll definitely be back again
