The room was spacious with TV, coffee & tea making facilities, hair dryer and fan. The bed was comfortable and clean Only thing that could be improved is the mold staining in the bathroom, makes the room look dirty. The checknin was quick and easy and the breeakfast amazing

Beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Very comfortable and close to restaurants, bars and shops.

The staff are always friendly and polite. The room was spotless, quiet and very comfortable.

Room very clean. Check-in OK once I went to the residential building, not the restaurant building. Facilities good with one exception - no power outlets near to beds to charge phone overnight.

Room was good, not pleased about tv reception, couldn't watch local sports teams. Restaurant closed early due to snow even though the hotel had many guests. People talking in hallways well after 10 pm. Not a fan of powered eggs for breakfast. Don't think it was worth the price we paid, probably won't be back.

Room spotless with an excellent seaview. Very relaxed stay, very quiet which was nice. Staff from reception staff to the staff in the breakfast room polite, well mannered, obliging....lovely.??

It was OK, room was very cold shower was difficult to use. Staff couldn't understand booking, as who had paid for the room.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and there was a nice bar/restaurant on site. The only think that let it down was the mattress and shower
