We have always chosen Royal Orchid Beach Resort, Goa, and this time was extra special as we celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here. The hotel surprised us with a beautifully arranged cake and room décor on our anniversary, which we absolutely loved. The hotel has direct beach access with a very short walking distance. The pool was well maintained, and every single staff member made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to Ms. Isha, who helped us with accommodation and also arranged a late checkout as our Indigo flight was later in the day. Souman at the restaurant took great care of our food and dining requests, and Mario from housekeeping ensured everything was perfect in our room. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay and look forward to coming back again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay with family of over 30 people and helping us plan the entire event. A special mention of Isha at the front desk who took good care of us and addressed all our queries and put all our family at ease with her quick thinking and efficiency. Also Vincy from the Reservations team who we were in touch with from the beginning and who made everything go as per plan. It was easy communication at all times and we were happy with the prompt support we always received from the reservations team. Some feedback if you would like to consider would be the mattresses in the room which were quite soft and difficult for us to sleep on - my husband slept on the floor all 3 nights as he has back issues. But it may be a personal preference. The breakfast was average for me - there were no signs or mention that bacon was available which was disappointing as we missed out on it. A bit of late checkout for some of our guests if possible would have been appreciated. But we understand that you had a destination wedding happening. All in all would definitely recommend the property for its wonderful staff, proximity to the beach and the pool experience. Regards, Chelsea

Our stay at this hotel is truly amazing experience. If anyone want pure relaxation and family time near the beach, this is what one should look for. Would like to congratulate the entire staff for maintaining such a beautiful property. Every staff is welcoming, helpfull.Food specially morning breakfast and buffet dinner is mouthwatering yet healthy. Specially thank Head Chef Sam, who tirelessly made sure each one of the guests happy.We specially liked all the Goan cuisines- xacuti, goan fish curry, dudhi in goan masala.We have with us, two seven years kids and never have any problem with the dishes. The star of the show is I think pool side and sunken bar, creates chill vibe. Nicely maintained by pradeep.Beach is walking distance. Recommended for families.

From check in everyone was courteous n kind, nothing was too much trouble The food in the restaurant , well what can I say it was awesome new varieties everyday at breakfast & dinner, no repeats in 5 days so much choice , vegetarian choice was really good Sam the chef was an amazing guy , made the time to come n chat to every table most nights asked if you wanted anything in particular, never had this level of personal engagement from the chef in any restaurant Thank you Sam we had some amazing food Pool area was always kept neat & clean Towels available Bar drinks were nice nothing was too much trouble , extra water,towels Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable
