Excellent service and beautiful space. The room was quiet and comfortable. The cocktails and food were wonderful. The only negative was that the jets didn’t work in the spa tub. We told maintenance, but it wasn’t something they could fix right away.

I chose The Brazilian Court Hotel for a quiet night away from home because of its charm, reputation, and beautiful location and in many ways, it does deliver on that. The property is lovely and has classic Palm Beach character. I did receive a room upgrade, and staff were polite and responsive. The location is excellent and truly one of the hotel’s highlights. Unfortunately, the in-room experience was very disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The air conditioner did not work properly. Despite setting the thermostat to 65°F, the room temperature never dropped below 73°F. I woke up around 3 a.m. uncomfortable and sweaty and had a restless night. Maintenance addressed the issue around 7 a.m., but by then the night was already lost. Additionally, there was no hot water for a morning shower. For a room costing approximately $900 per night, basic comfort such as climate control and hot water should be guaranteed. The hotel did offer a $200 discount, which I appreciate. However, the purpose of this stay was rest and relaxation, and unfortunately, that was not achieved. While the property has charm and a beautiful setting, this stay did not feel like a luxury experience or worth the price paid.

unreal experience. having the boat available for tours was incredible. that they also include beach service and car service around the area is a great perk. thank you for hosting us!

We had an excellent stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are impeccable, the food and drinks are amazing. We used their transportation service all over the island and their new boat tour is perfection.

I love that there was a car available to use within the island for drop off and pick up.

The property was beautiful, the room was huge, and the staff was all made aware of our plans for the weekend and went out of their way to have everything ready for us. Everybody was so incredibly helpful from opening every door, to having bicycles ready for us, to offering us cold water - just so many little amenities made this so wonderful. This was a Five Star Plus experience! I can't thank them enough for making this a truly special experience for us.

I had to complain three times to resolve a housekeeping issue. The shower valve was loose, and it was impossible to take a hot shower. The mattress condition was terrible. The a/c in the room was extremely noisy. It woke me up many times during the night.

Palm Beach The bathroom was very dated and you had to step over a large bathtub to get into the shower. Our room was nice but the AC was broke and the sink didn’t drain properly.
