  • 会员6630：之前住過米樂一次，覺得還不錯所以選擇再次造訪。這次也是透過訂房網訂房，但是這次出了一些小問題。 我出示手機中的郵件及訂房的扣款給櫃檯看。似乎跟他的對不上，姓名人數金額都對就是訂單號碼我們的似乎不一樣？ 之後他請我們旁邊稍等。先生看我入住手續辦了許久過來問發生什麼事！我說我也不知道？櫃檯人員只請我們旁邊稍等！ 當天由於下著雨，又帶著一個受傷拿著拐杖的孩子。先生覺得櫃檯人員應該要先安撫我們，然後櫃檯人員去慢慢確認，而不是讓我們站在那邊等也未告知現在發生的情況是什麼？ 由於等了一會也沒有解決，櫃檯人員似乎打電話要請對方客服，打電話給我，跟我確認我本人是否在現場？ 我拿出手機打開訂房網app找到智能客服，轉人工客服，跟人工客服聯繫上了之後告知我現在的狀況。她馬上又提供另一個訂單號給我，讓我出示給櫃檯看。這下終於對上了，櫃檯也放我上樓了.. 這件事，我也不想說誰對誰錯，只是可能有更好的解決方式 最後吐槽一下，櫃檯人員打給的那位客服，從始至終根本沒有聯繫我，只有在一個小時後我才收到對方的郵件說要我跟櫃檯人員確認….
  • 会员1941：櫃檯、餐廳、房務服務人員，服務有具管理水準。早餐份量足夠，採buffet方式，清潔度不錯。房間空間比較狹小（3人家庭／雅緻加大床），清潔度不錯，有提供寶寶澡盆＆水瓢，房內亮度偏暗，若有提供USB插座更棒。停車可停地下室，約9～10個，他處有備合約停車場。大廳有提供電腦可用，也有免費WIFI 。

  • 会员5410：酒店步行去逢甲夜市有点远，但是有车接送，还算不错，房间也算干净整洁，服务态度挺好的。
