Guest：Once again, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. You get 5 star service in a 4 star hotel. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Every request was met with a smile from the front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast hosts, and chef. The class starts at check in. The front desk gives our two boys panda bears. It is a nice touch and makes them feel special. I wish that I could rate the hotel higher. This is our fourth stay at Rehne Spring Hotel and we look forward to returning again.
Guest：A Chinese friend recommended this hotel for to me. It is a luxurious, comfortable and beautifully designed hotel. The rooms are spacious and warm with amazing bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is especially good with great Chinese and Western dishes. The staff are also very good and a big thank you to the Guest Services Manager Mr. Ken Kang who helped me organise transportation, and personally helped organise my stay into a very pleasant one. Great hotel, will definitely return.
Guest：We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each room for 5 adults and a child. We were all very impressed with this hotel, the rooms were very spacious, clean and well equipped. I'd say the photos don't do the room justice. The hotel has an entire floor for the gym. It's very well equipped with machines, boxing area, weights and at least two studios for classes. There was a class timetable outside one of the studios. I used the pool, jacuzzi and the steam room. Our room rate included buffet breakfast which had a good spread. The staff I dealt with were all great. We would definitely stay here again next we visit Chengdu. The boys loved the facilities and the buffet breakfast.
