Guest：Great communication but there was a misunderstanding, when booking through *******. I had to pay again at the hotel when I had already paid through ******* site. It looked like I was double charged and it took over a week for the extra charge to fall off on my credit card.

Guest：The facility was very nice. We stayed four nights; Saturday was the only night there was either a weekend nightclub, or some kind of street dance, with hard pumping club music. The dj was rockin’ it, but that didn’t help me sleep.
Guest：This was such a great option for my first time in CDMX. The property was clean, very specious and staff were friendly. One of the staff, Livia contacted me prior my stay and they even offered early check in! This was so convenient as I had an early morning flight. It was within a good walking distance from El Zócalo. The area around the property was very quiet, not sure if this is how it always is or because the street was closed for traffic on all days I stayed there. Overall I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again. Gracias Casa Donceles!
