Guest：1番安い部屋に宿泊しましたが(全室スイート)、部屋の広さも他のアマングループと比べてもかなり広く、ウェルカムシャンパンも付いていました。送り迎えどちらもついており、サービスも素晴らしいです。强いて言うなら他のアマングループに比べると少しスタッフさんの人数が少ないのかな？と思う事もありましたが、そんな事が気にならないレベルで最高なホテルでした。どこを切り取っても抜かりのない空间で、とても可爱いホテルです。アマンがさらに好きになりました。

Guest：I recently had the opportunity to stay at Amanjena to celebrate a momentous occasion - my wedding anniversary. However, I regret to see that the experience was far from the memorable celebration I had envisioned. Late Pick-Up: Our disappointment began when the pre-arranged pick-up service was delayed by 30 minutes. We had high hopes for a seamless start to our special day, but the delay left us feeling disheartened. Unwelcoming Check-In: The check-in process was neither warm nor welcoming. The individual who assisted us seemed unwell, frequently coughing throughout the process, and their demeanor was less than hospitable. Furthermore, the request for extensive personal information, including home address and occupation, felt invasive and detracted from the celebratory mood of our anniversary. Pool Temperature: One of the main reasons we chose your resort for our anniversary was the promise of a room with access to a pool. However, the pool's temperature was disappointingly cold, making it uncomfortable for a swim. We were surprised that a premium establishment like Aman does not offer a heated pool or jacuzzi. When we inquired about the possibility of heating the pool, the manager promised to check and never got back to us, leaving us waiting for an answer. TV Remote Issues: The inconvenience continued when we found that the TV remote control was non-functional. This may seem like a minor issue, but it had a noticeable impact on our desire to unwind and enjoy our time together. Shower Drain Problems: The slow drainage in the shower area was another inconvenience that affected our stay. The water took an excessive amount of time to drain, which was both uncomfortable and unhygienic. Bathing Salt Quality: To add to our disappointment, the bathing salt provided had sharp objects in it and did not dissolve as expected. This presented a potential safety hazard and was certainly not the soothing experience we had hoped for. Passport Delay: In a final instance of frustration, we realized that our passports had not been returned to us two hours after checking in. It was only after we called the front desk and waited for an additional 10 minutes that they were finally delivered back to us. Our wedding anniversary is a special occasion, and we had high hopes for the quality of service that Aman is renowned for. However, the numerous inconveniences we encountered left us with a sense of profound disappointment on what should have been a joyous day.
