Hectic schedules often leave us exhausted…Enter the beauty of a vacation at Blue Mountain Beach Condo 212 - where it’s always beach time! Let the beachy décor of this South Walton vacation rental remind you of the fun to be had on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico just down the boardwalk.
Time will definitely be of no consequence once you settle into the Primary suite! Its large bathroom featuring separate vanities and a walk-in shower that will aid in the vacation mind set in the most relaxing of ways. Plus, the Primary bedroom has access to one of the two furnished balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Apart from its tasteful décor, fully stocked kitchen and large open floor plan providing plenty of seating 212 is part of something much bigger than itself - a four story atrium with access to great amenities. A fitness center is on the third floor, two meeting rooms occupy the floors below and the lobby of the atrium provides sitting areas dispersed throughout.
The south end of the complex opens up onto a pool and hot tub deck overlooking the beach. Relaxing in a seasonally heated pool while watching the sun set over your own private beach- now that’s a timeless experience.
This beachfront property is conveniently located in Blue Mountain Beach between the idyllic Seaside and Destin. Local seafood restaurants, live music venues, grocery stores, shopping malls and golf courses are all within a few miles radius.
An ideal retreat any time of year.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

This condo comes with 2 parking spaces.

No pets allowed.

There is covered parking for one car with additional parking in a gravel lot just north of the building.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange offsite parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
