Guest：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here recently. The staff was excellent and so very helpful, especially since we did not speak German. They were very friendly and quite helpful with all of our many questions. Their driver was absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. The rooms were fabulous and the views from the balcony phenomenal. We will plan on coming back here again!

Guest：As in the title we were very happy with the staff and their efforts. All very friendly and polite. Hotel location is perfect for skiing and private shuttle available as needed. Good to mention is the the availability and promotion of local drinks and food. Despite we enjoyed the drinks some of the dishes were rather not meeting our taste and portion size is rather on the ?smaller“ side. Sauna was fine as well as steam bath but not easy to find. Pool is for the kids - was not really inviting. Some areas could accept a little renovation especially the carpet.
Guest：The trip from Chur to Arosa by train is an enchantment, and the enchantment continued when we arrived at the hotel. We just wanted to have a relaxing week-end, away from it all, preferably in lovely surroundings preferably involving a tasty dinner. This is exactly what we found at Blatter's Bellavista ! The hotel is full of charm, decorated in a lovely alpine chalet theme. We had a cozy room with fantastic views on the mountains which we could admire from the chaises longues on our private balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom spotless. We had an excellent dinner at "Le Petit" , the restaurant of the hotel. Everybody at the hotel from the receptionists to the grooms and the waiters at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, it was like staying at friends' or family
