Guest：I went on this cruise with my mother and we were absolutely delighted from start to finish. The genuine hospitality and kindness of the entire Aroya team really stood out — they took such good care of passengers at every step. From the smooth organization and clear updates about the program to little thoughtful details like helping us when stepping from the boat onto the pier and even the warm compliments from the security staff when disembarking — everything made us feel truly welcomed. Our cabin was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping staff, who not only did their job perfectly but also greeted us with real warmth and care. Entertainment on board was amazing! We loved the morning dance workouts (the instructors were full of energy and positivity), the concerts on the 6th floor, and the evening shows in the amphitheater. Every performance was professional, fun, and uplifting. Food on board deserves a special mention — it was simply outstanding! Every dish and drink exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety. We enjoyed every bite and it was honestly one of the highlights of the trip. We also really appreciated the Be Different cosmetic products provided on board. They were excellent quality — so much so that we wanted to buy them, but unfortunately couldn’t find where to do so. Overall, the entire Aroya team impressed us with their professionalism, teamwork, appearance, friendliness, and dedication. We are very grateful to all of them for making this cruise such a wonderful experience. We’re already looking forward to sailing with Aroya again this winter, and we can’t wait to see the new itineraries for 2026! Highly recommend this cruise to anyone who values great service, excellent entertainment, and unforgettable memories at sea. ???
