Guest：No photos needed — you can already imagine the vibes from what I’m about to say. Let’s start with the only good thing: It has a balcony with a beautiful view. The location is good too. Other than that, I honestly can’t think of anything positive. The hotel is extremely old. Most of the facilities are not well maintained, especially the children’s playground. Because it was booked through a private host, the hotel didn’t provide any extra towels. The mattress had pilling all over it — really disgusting. Even though they covered it with a bedsheet, you can still feel the bumps. We had no choice but to lay the extra blanket they provided on top, and at night we used our own towels as blankets. The air-conditioning was not cold at all in the afternoon; it only became cold at night. The room card worked fine on the first day, but on the second day after breakfast, it scanned once with a sound like it reset itself. Then it wouldn’t respond no matter how many times we tried. Just before we were about to look for help, we tried again after about a minute and suddenly it worked. Same thing happened again after we returned from the pool — waited a minute, scanned again, and the door finally opened. There’s a TV in front of the bed, but we didn’t plan to use it, so we didn’t bother to look for the remote.
Guest：The apartment was so basic abd not maintained at all. Smells moldy and needs major repairs due to mold. Common area's window was never cleaned! No channels in the tiny TV and super basic utensils (one spoon and 3 forks only)
