Will keep it short and sweet: Met on arrival by free transfer which was brilliant and gratefully received. The use of the free car was an absolute saviour! A real bonus! Breakfast was a struggle! Not much that satisfied any of us. Ate lunch when we arrived and didn’t eat at hotel again, food was really not great. Some staff were outstanding, some need to go on a customer service course. Room itself was again, questionable! For a family of 4 it wasn’t ideal. Comfy beds but the stairs in the maisonette rooms are lethal! God help you if you have mobility issues or young children! Bathroom needs updating urgently! Mould all in the shower and we had ants in the room too. This was a cheap extra getaway for us so for that, it was fine but I wouldn’t have been happy if we were staying longer than a few days. There’s a fabulous beach nearby with a nice beach bar but not much else at all in the vicinity hence why the car was a godsend.

We originally visited this hotel for a meal whilst staying in a local villa in the summer ..the location of the hotel, quality of the meal and the friendliness of the staff in particular Minos who held the whole thing together, was exceptional. So on the strength of that we booked a week in October,.. lucky with the weather (wall to wall sunshine) and it didn’t disappoint .. we had a lovely week very well looked after, room was spotless, Restuarant meal was really good and Minos was once again the person that pulled it all together and was lovely to watch him show case the staff .. a real asset to Kavos Hotel Suites! Would highly recommend particularly as they also include a rental car so you can get to the local village of Stavros (lovely) and the many fantastic restaurants in Chania.

We stayed in suite 5 for our honeymoon. Upon arrival after a very early flight we were greeted by exceptional customer service already from the get-go. This customer service did not falter at any point during our stay - all of the staff were incredible. Our suite had a private pool and the decor was modern, and the place immaculate. The food in the restaurant was delicious, including a variety of local dishes and international ones. As wine lovers, we really enjoyed getting to know the local wines as recommended by their sommelier. The seating selection was very nice as well, for breakfast one can sit under the trees and look out at the ocean, for dinner on their patio and listen to live music. The water is very clear and good for snorkeling for the ocean lovers. Thank you for making our honeymoon unforgettable ??

Séjour exceptionnel à tous points de vue.
La suite numéro 1 Honey Moon est une expérience incroyable que je recommande vivement. Elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée et bénéficie d’une piscine privative gigantesque avec vue mer et coucher de soleil. Le personnel de l’h?tel est souriant et aux petits soins ce qui contribue à faire de ce séjour une expérience privilégiée. Petit bonus : le room service est sans supplément ce qui est rare.

La piscine de l’h?tel était génial. Petit bémol sur le logement vu jardin il y avait un peu trop de vitre sans rideau pour cacher la lumière du soleil on a d? faire un petit cache de fortune. Il manquait également la bouilloire et du liquide vaisselle et une éponge pour la vaisselle. Si non le service est top et le petit dej est varié.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Kavos Hotel. Die Anlage ist sehr kompakt, was wir toll fanden. Man hatte kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Pool.
Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das Hotel ist etwas abgeschotten. Wer also Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig. Bis zur Chania Altstadt sind es ungef?hr 25 min mit dem Auto.
Wir haben zur Begrü?ung ein Willkommensgetrnk erhalten und einen Gutschein für eine 20 Minütige Massage im Spa Bereich.
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag etwas abgewandelt und sehr gut. Es gab jeden Tag frische S?fte.
Wir k?nnen nur Gutes über dieses Hotel sagen.

Un h?tel dans un cadre exceptionnel, la mer est de toutes parts, le personnel est aux petits soins et les mets sont excellents. Les chambres sont bien con?ues et la literie de bonne qualité. Au calme et proche de Chania. Très belle expérience

A great place, great suites, the best food, very sympathic and great staff. The location is wonderful. The staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. They organised a surprise for our wedding aniversary and for my birthday. Paridise like!

H?tel parfait pour passer des vacances : piscine et accès mer direct. le personnel est toujours souriant, disponible pour tous vos besoins. Le petit déjeuner est très varié, pour tous les go?ts. Le restaurant : cuisine raffinée, un seul point faible : les plats sont un peu juste chauds.

What Stood Out: Our stay at Kavos Hotel & Suites was amazing! We stayed in a suite with a private pool that offered a fabulous view—definitely a highlight of the trip. The housekeeping staff was wonderful—always friendly and did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. We loved the buffet breakfast each morning, which was delicious and had plenty of variety. The time we spent in the ocean was unforgettable, with crystal-clear waters that made it feel like we were snorkelling in an aquarium. The hotel went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like a complimentary bottle of local wine, honey, and snacks, which made us feel truly welcomed. Another bonus was the car rental included with our room, which made exploring the area easy, and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was incredibly convenient. Our driver also gave us great local recommendations, which we really appreciated. What I Wish I Knew Ahead of Time: The hotel is in a remote location, so having a car is essential to explore the area and access nearby restaurants and attractions. It’s beautifully secluded, but you'll need to plan ahead for dining and activities outside the property. Overall Recommendation: I would highly recommend Kavos Hotel & Suites to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in Crete. The remote location offers stunning views and privacy, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the excellent service to the little extra touches, everything about our stay was perfect, and we’d absolutely stay here again!
