  • Guest：Our recent stay at this wonderful hotel turned into a truly memorable experience despite a difficult start to our trip. While traveling from Jaipur to Chandigarh for visiting BaglaMukhi Mandir in Kangra, Indigo Airlines offloaded our luggage in Jaipur due to a weight issue. We arrived at the hotel without any bags, tired and worried. The hotel staff showed exceptional kindness and understanding. They immediately provided us with essential toiletries so we could manage comfortably until our luggage situation was resolved. Their thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. The hotel itself is brand new, beautifully designed, and very spacious. The lighting is excellent, the shower facilities are fantastic, and everything feels fresh and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with great quality food. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. The front desk team — Pankaj, Palak, and Aniket — were incredibly helpful, professional, and caring. In the dining area, Sakshi and Rohit took wonderful care of us and made every meal pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for your warmth, hospitality, and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
