I would.never leave this hotel.if they were truthful and not bothering me by phone every morning. I had to pay in cash every day. They couldn't accept my card from China and Serbia...The owner pushed me adter I.wanted to get my things and get out of there. The neighborhood is wonderful and ATM is close. Ask for rooms with balcony they are the best. I.would.always recommend this hotel to call before chexk in. The women working there was wonderful at the end. Don't book just for one day.and extend book for more days if you are in possibility.

The exterior of the hotel look inviting; however when we walked through the front door you can feel the heavy curtain around the lobby have not been clean for long time. All the sofa in the lobby are covered with some sort of clothes I guess it is to cover the old and uninviting sight. The check in process was straight forward and friendly.
None of the light on the stairs are working and I had to use the flash light on my phone to light a path up and down the stairs, could be dangerous if you need to evacuate the hotel quickly.
The room door has key card slot but I guess it is broken as I needed a physical key to unlock the room door and a keycard to turn on the electricity, the room size is good and high ceiling. The bathroom has no hook for the handheld shower head so not so convenient to have a shower, the water also not always hot enough.
The air conditioner was blowing warm air even though the dial was set to cold and it made the room so more warmer and uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel reviews seem to suggest this is one of the common issue people has been complaining about for more than 10 years!!!! I ended up open all the windows to cool the room down and this invited traffic noise all night long.
The hotel has been neglected for way too many years and surprisingly still in business????

Creo que éramos los únicos huéspedes del hotel. Parece nada más entrar un hotel en bancarrota: Sofás cubiertos con mantas, comedor cerrado, la habitación que nos tocó no estaba mal, pero al principio el aire acondicionado bajo y pasamos calor, después algo mejor. Hotel mal gestionado, totalmente desangelado. La funda del colchón de la cama supletoria sucio. En fin...

Los due?os o encargados del Hotel te tratan muy mal, ka habitacion que nos toco, horrible, pedimos cambiar y de muy mala gana la se?ora nos contesto NO. El desayuno horrible, los empleados, no tengo nada que decir.La ubicacion esta bien. Nos alojamos desde el 11 al 17/6/24, habitacion 521, 2do.piso. Silvia y Iosi de Israel. Aconsejo no pisar este hotel, habiendo tantos que pueden ser mejores. NO VAYANNNNNN. Nunca me trataron tan mal en un hotel como en este. HORRIBLE.
