Magnifique studio à Casablanca, un vrai coup de c?ur ! C’était notre deuxième séjour et toujours autant conquis. L’appartement est très propre, luxueux, avec tout le confort nécessaire : chauffage, équipements complets, draps et literie de grande qualité.
L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. L’accueil est chaleureux, on s’y sent vraiment bien dès l’arrivée.
Nous avons beaucoup aimer et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Everything was set up and cozy. Great for families and couple travelers.

Vraiment parfait rien à dire, on a passer 1 semaine laba juste parfait rien dire, place de stationnement juste en face très beau cartier très calme. Juste petit bémol rajouter quelques que ustensiles de cuisine et de quoi laver la vaisselle et unpeu de ménage pour des long séjour( éponge, ballait, serpillière….)

I stayed at this hotel for one night after a very long 21-hour flight. When I arrived, the receptionist was helpful and welcoming. He told me I could call anytime if I needed assistance, which I appreciated.
However, the phone in my room was not working. Unfortunately, this became a problem the next morning. When I woke up and went out for an early walk—since it was my first time in Casablanca—I opened my door and stepped directly onto a flooded hallway. I was staying on the second floor and had no idea there was water outside. As a result, my socks and winter slippers got completely wet.
I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was still not functioning. I then went downstairs to inform the staff, but there was no one at the front desk at that time.
When I first arrived, I was impressed by how the room looked. However, I noticed that there were no bathroom slippers or hotel slippers provided, which was uncomfortable, especially since it is winter.
On a positive note, the hotel is located in a convenient area with nearby cafés and restaurants, which is a plus.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but better maintenance, working in-room communication, front desk availability, and basic amenities would greatly improve the guest experience.

L'appartement est très dégradé problème de filtration d'eau au niveau des SDB.presence des cafards..
