While, as you mentioned, this type of disturbance comes from neighboring guests and is, unfortunately, beyond our direct control, we take your comments seriously. We do have house rules in place, and we are currently reviewing the enforcement process to ensure neighbors respect quiet hours more effectively in the future. Regarding the cockroaches, this is indeed a broader issue in certain parts of Barcelona during warmer months, but we’ll be coordinating with our cleaning and pest control teams to ensure that everything possible is being done inside and around the building to minimize their presence.Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we truly regret that your overall experience was impacted in this way.
