The hotel is nice and clean. We like the snack cafe from 3 pm To 11 pm. Just the hotel room is small but sufficient. The only thing to take note if you need to check in early than 4 pm . Better inform the hotel in advance. We are lucky that's we are allowed to check in slightly earlier. Another plus point is they have laundry room for you to do free laundry.
Hotel service crew were very friendly and nice. The only downside is the location of the hotel. It does not have much food choices around the hotel and one will need to walk to the zhongli night market or near zhongli TRA station for food.
The hotel is nice. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is good and breakfast serving time is long. Room is neat and tidy. A bit of walk from MRT station. But it’s a nice place to stay. I recommend it.
very polite and helpful staff.. from reception to Mu Cafe.. u can feel the sincerity when they talk. room wise very standard, just that I find the bathroom small. strong water jet for the shower and jap style bidet is a plus. location also ok.. abt 10-15min walk from the mrt station. also about the same timing to get to zhongli night market.
One of the best 3 star hotels I've ever stayed at. Would even say it is better than most 4 star hotels I have been. Although it is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT station (Laojie River), it is near to many good food and hidden gems, should one go out to look for them. The cafe area is also free to use in the afternoon to night time, where there is free coffee and tea, alot of sweets and even instant noodles to cook. Breakfast is also pretty good. Staff are really friendly, and will make you feel at home. The room was sufficient and comfortable, although there wasn't bathing towel for some reason. Overall a pretty good place to stay at in taoyuan for a night or two before heading into Taipei/catching a flight.
