  • Guest：was very clean room, but there is only 1 elevator to go up so i sometimes had to wait for it for around 5min.
  • Guest：It was very easy to get in as the reservations team adds great initial check-in instructions. Location was good, neighbourhood is busy, but this is normal for the central part of an European Capital :)
  • Guest：Unfortunately, my experience was not good. Entering the apartment was very difficult and felt like solving a puzzle. The process was complicated, wasted a lot of my time, and there were many additional requirements that were not mentioned on the website, with extra and different requests. Regarding comfort, the bed was very uncomfortable and sleeping quality was extremely poor. The pillows were also very bad and not suitable for sleeping at all. The lighting in the apartment was weak and inadequate. The sofa is worn out and needs to be completely replaced. In addition, the curtain is damaged and needs repair.
  • Guest：The price is high, the room is extremely poorly design, and bascially no facilities, you do get a balcony tho. Location is fine, walk around 15-20 minutes to both train station. There's bascially no stuff, so Idk how to comment the service. They didn't renew anything in the room for 3 day
