Guest：Pros: - Great location close to the old part of the city. - Rooms are modern and clean, albeit quite small and sparsely populated if that matters to you. - Good value. Cons: - This place is not quite in the category of “service with a smile.” - The lack of air conditioning may be a problem for some in the summer months.
Guest：I wanted to love this hotel, but I couldn’t. There is no air conditioning so the room was extremely hot. The bed was on a second floor loft, which made it even hotter. Also, we could hear our neighbors very clearly through the walls. There was no coffee in the rooms and coffee in the cafe downstairs was pretty pricey. The staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately it’s lack of AC and amenities would make me look elsewhere next time I was in Innsbruck.
Guest：We decided to cut our skiing holiday short and spend a night in Innsbruck so booked last minute. What a find!! The hotel is very quirky and the hospitality 2nd to none. The owner was fabulous and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They have private parking should it be required. Our room was a ‘maisonette’ so the bed was on a mezzanine which might not suit all but we loved it. Very clean and classy hotel and we would certainly stay again if in the area.
Guest：A delightful boutique like hotel just a 5 minute walk over the bridge directly to the old town of Innsbruck. Great position. Secure parking was only 2mins walk away too. Our room was fab. The hotel is in an old building. Our room and shower room were stylish, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The owner and her team were charming. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel. Liz K
