Nothing to complain about this hotel , from the bellboy to the reception and the room, everyone was professional and attentive. They even helped me arrange a birthday cake surprise for my family. The best part is its location, right beside National Stadium Station and MBK Mall, where you can find everything you need which is shopping, food, and even massage! I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

I can’t stop staying here! Yes, there are many new hotels popping up everywhere in Bkk, but this is still my favourite family hotel. Location is convenient and despite of wet weather, i am sheltered to everywhere up to Chit Lom. No complaints. Also, even though I didn’t get my super king bed this time round, they made up a sofa bed for my son. So i am absolutely pleased with their service and I will be back for sure

酒店已反新，位置超级方便，好近BTS楼下有Donki 24小时。楼下商场MBK好多嘢食。泳池好大。房间张被太薄和床单好黄。灯会自动全房熄如果感应间房无人即是无人郁动就会熄。有啲恐怖。

Room upgraded to Grand Classic with pool and city view. Thank you for the kind gesture to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Request for late check out by one hour was met as we had a late evening flight home . Breakfast spread was good with many choices. A note was the king mattress was not so comfortable as it sank in the middle.

酒店位置理想，近bts National Stadium 站，穿过MBK 大型购物中心，相当方便，房间宽躺舒适，景观开扬，服务员态度非常好，有礼貌，游泳池及健身房十分大，早餐味道也不错，值得推荐入住。
